And, for the record, I just like to LOOK at the guy (he's very nice to look at ..... ). I wouldn't ever replace my guy with him.

Wow! I so rarely meet anyone who even knows what Tang Soo Do is. I'm a non-practicing ChoDan... the non-practicing part is a story in itself...

We are flying out of Pittsburgh on AirTran. We are staying at the Residence Inn near the airport.

We are flying Spirit out of Atlantic City.. We have a house in Winter Garden so we rented from Dollar and dropping it off at the Pier on Saturday.. There will be 9 of us.. Including 3 Brats, I mean "teens" that won't be listening to a thing any of us say

Anyone know how to get the Pain out of a shoulder blade? I don't know what I did or how but I have such a pain in my right side shoulder blade.. I can't reach it myself to put heat cream on it so I took 2 aleve but they don't seem to be helping and both DS & DH are at work for another 3+ hours.. I've been trying to stretch it but it makes it hurt worse

I just snagged (paid for) an upgrade from a cat 7 to a cat 5 gty... for get this - about $150!!!!! AAAAAAAAH.... DH will be so surprised! Poor guy really needs a vacation after this mess with Ike.

We are staying at the Residence Inn- Cape Canaveral, flying in from St.Louis. My DS would prefer to be wearing Crosby Peiguins hockey jersey, but we'll have to settle for the BLUES. Any other crazy hockey families pulling their player from the ice for an entire WEEK? We will probably be getting out to dinner that night...I know some have talked about Grills. We are going to play it by ear, but I am sure we will end up there, around 7pm or so.

Well I ran to Target trying to save myself a trip (I needed flex trash bags for the food burial). They only had 3 more fridge/freezer packages left, so I obviously took them all. I skipped over the regular boxes thinking I'll just make a stop at the grocery tonight. I much prefer the other ones because there's more soda exposed.

After the Target, I went home and broke open the seal to the kitchen's freezer. Surprisingly, there were some things that were still 100% frozen. The ice cubes hadn't even melted yet. They were sweating slightly on top, but no puddles of water in the cavities. So I was able to spare some things that I quickly put into a cooler. I'll need to find ice tonight.

When I returned to work, I thought I would actually speak to a CSR from American Electric Power. She said the ETA is anywhere from 6:00 tonight (oohhhh...excitement is building up!!!) until Sunday night (hear the balloon releasing as it flies around the room). Since the upstairs freezer had more positive findings than I expected, I'm not yet willing to give up on the upright freezer in the basement.

PT(physical therapist) DM here...

Try a cold pack to the affected area and lie down for 20 minutes...keep the aleeve going every 12 hours as directed...have your DH and DS dig their thumbs, heels, whatever works into the muscle that is sore...then ice again while lying down...follow each ice pack with a cold "big girl" drink.

DS just outgrew his dress shoes. I don't know if we'll be able to find him any before the cruise, but he does have some "nice" new Timberland sandals. I told him they would work if we don't find any others. It's a vacation!!!

We are staying at the Residence Inn on the 26th. I heard the shuttle was $3 a person to the port. We used the AAA rate for the Studio King Suite @ $142. Was your rate better?

When I booked in February, I didn't get any special rate, and it was $149 for the Studio King. The confirmation I printed shows $6 pp for a round trip to the port.

I did not call to see if I could change my reservation. I'm afraid something would go wrong, and I'd lose it, b/c I did check on-line and it said they were completely booked! The rate code I received by e-mail is F5X. Supposedly it's for 20% off the regular room rate.

Let's talk about Palo... if we got a group together for the room (i didn't even know they had a room) how many people would be interested? I might be able to pull a few strings. wink*wink*

I FINALLY got Palo reservations yesterday thank to my new BFF Kimberly But hubby and I are up for the "group" room if you get enough takers.

umm... do I lay with the ice pack under me? or does the icepack lay ontop while i'm on my stomach??
