I'm online fighting with Sprint customer service. Lemme just say...I am SO over fighting with them!! Problems with charges, problems with new phones not working, problems with improper billing...all since we talked with the retention department in July and renewed our contract.
The latest....they were supposed to send out a new phone to me to replace the damaged one they sent in the first place. This was in July. Months later, still waiting...been told it was on backorder. Then was told last night that there was NO order at all. So that was taken care of, until we get an email today saying we'll be charged $290 for the phone.
So now they're telling me they can see the "pending" charge, but won't credit it because it MAY get posted. Uh huh. As if there's a chance it won't? I ask...why can't you credit my account for the $290 since you SEE it is going to be charged, and then if it is double credited, Sprint can fix that problem. She tells me I have to call BACK again when I'm charged so they can take it off. Grrrrrrr.....I have a headache
