Yes. They also used to open with a magnetic strip card.

We did not rebook onboard. I know we will cruise with Disney again, but not for a few years. I just booked October 2, 2010 Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas for my 30th birthday ............and I thought 18 months was a long time to wait

I'm in too! I feel the same way! I have a feeling the WB TA cruise meet is going to get very busy, but I'm going to keep checking in here too! I'm just not ready to let this group go yet.

Anyone want to jump ship from the Oasis and do the WB TA instead? It's in 2010 too!

Most of the clothes are out of my suitcases, but the misc stuff is still in them and they are both still on the floor of my bedroom! I'm definitely procrastinating.

I still have one bag that has my Navigators and various papers in there, but I don't consider that one unpacking. For now, it's ...... .storage.

Yeah, if it will recover some, my mom will pack us up in a heartbeat. We were wanting to go again before Jared heads to boot. We'll see if that works.

Finally found my flag pic

And this is one of my favorites from us at port there.....our ship was sooo much prettier (no I am NOT biased)

So I looked at another thread and the way they did POTC (pic of the day) was whoever got there first in the morning gets to choose the pic topic.....sounds like a fun way to do it unless someone has another idea....but I am like so many of you....I have joined my new cruise threads but I just can't let you guys go

I am keeping my fingers crossed that tomorrow the price is right (sounds like a game show!!) and Joe and I will be joining you on the WB TA I gave my TA my budget and room hoping we can do it!! I already have my dummy date booked just need to move it on over.

Just a random note... DH's server is having hardware issues (We think the drives are going to fail soon), and seeing we're not doing the 2009 double dip after all, I've got "disdoubledip.com" going to Greg and Kara's website. All I did was set up a redirect, so don't worry about your information going to my TAs.

LOL!!! After I suggested it, I realized that I'm trying desperately to hold on to this unique group as long as possible. My (first time!) cruise wouldn't have been anywhere close to what it was this time without this group.


I do think it would be fun, though.

Ohhh man..now I need to remember to bring my memory cards in with me to work (that or upload our photos to snapfish).

I used to work in technology....(a company that build cellular towers) when the tec bubble burst my job went with it. Now I work for a college...much safer stability wise. Of course if I don't get my butt in gear and stop dreaming of castaway cay I might not have a job.

We are hoping for a recovery as well (but actually want to buy into the market right now, at least with some stocks that we've been looking at for a while). maybe we'll get luck and make a fortune as the market goes back up. If we do we'll certainly see you guys on the WB TA
