I thought I heard about when the ship was in port you could get spa discounts? Do you know if that is true and if so, is the couple's massage included? Does anyone know what the price difference is?

Didn't do the couples massage, but I did get the entire spa villa treatment for the price of the stone massage. I went in and asked about specials. She asked me what I wanted- I told them stone massage, and the manager made the offer. Seemed like a good deal to me. Hopefully I can be that lucky this time, because I'm going to need a lot of relaxing.

are you kidding me... I just told the boys about the Pirate adventure in the Grand K OY they ae going to hate me...... And I was really looking forward to go to the Rum Factory and competing with Erica in a battle of who can out carry more cakes to the ship in one trip

My package from Accessory Geeks arrived today with the DiCAPac underwater bag for my digital camera. I'll test it with tissue inside tomorrow. If those results are comforting, then I'll put the camera in it, try it underwater, see if zooming is awkward, and report back to you guys. Obviously results with the zooming will be much different with the pressure of deeper water than I can test with, but it should give a general idea. Unfortunately I can't get to a pool or ocean this weekend for proper testing!

....But, one thing I know for sure...we all better look damn good in those thongs when the Travel Channel comes a-calling for their Costa Maya update.

Looking for some advice on what excursion to take at Grand Cayman(unless they change back to Costa Maya again,- hopefully they won't) I've narrowed it down to two excursions - The Pirate Encounter or Grand Cayman Island Tour. Has anyone done either one of these excursion or knows anything about them

We HOPE to do the Pirate Encounter, that is if we are still going to Grand Cayman, there is a thread with pics and trip reports on the main cruise board, it looks GREAT. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1856804 I like that we can all do it, there are NO stingrays involved, we can swim in the beautiful Cayman water, its a short excursion and being true to my fellow double dippers, who should also be know as double fisters (hold an alcholic drink in BOTH hands) is included

Good morning all!!!

I had my dance recital rehearsal last night...it was great! I got to see many friends who I haven't seen since last recital so it was very nice. When my twin and I went to dance (we're dancing to "You Can't Stop the Beat" from Hairspray, appropriate because it is our 25th recital AND I'm dancing with a completely torn ACL in my right knee), her pants we were wearing under our dresses (think 60's dress styles) fell down in the middle of the dance! At one point, we face each other and of course this is where it happened! It was one of the very few times I lost my composure while dancing!

Needless to say, for tonight's recital, we're wearing different pants! LOL!!!

Hope everybody has a great day! It's going to be a busy day for me!

Well, I've been dancing for so long, I just know when to get back into the dance by the music and especially when that 8-count is over. So, she pulled her pants back up and we just kept going like there was nothing wrong. That's what you have to do. I danced with my dance company 3 days after my grandmother passed away suddenly. It was 1998 when Men In Black was popular and we were dancing to that song with the black sunglasses. I was smiling (like I always do on stage) but behind my sunglasses I was sobbing. To this day, I don't know how I did it.
