Well as many of you know, the PM's confirming lanyard info have started and I am slowly making my way through the list (I'm on Page 3 of 6!!). Thanks to those of you who have already replied to me. It's very helpful....AND I'm glad that I'm doing these PM's because I've already gotten a few corrections and changes in the confirmation PM's. If you have gotten my PM and not responded, please do so just so I'll be sure. Anyone I don't get a PM from by the time I work on finishing the project I will just print your badges with the info I have (and then hope for the best that there are no changes or errors).

Thanks for the update!! Its great that you're keeping an eye on things over at Cruise Critic.

From their story, sounds as though things are still uuuummmm.....confused......w/their sources at the moment, esp the CM source.

For whatever its worth, the excursions available to book are still showing GC, NOT CM.

Today, June 21, is a very special day for our family. On this date 4 years ago we had the privledge of holding our daughter, Emmie, in our arms for the very 1st time. Its a day we affectionately refer to as 'Gotcha Day'. I can't believe she's been home for 4 years now - how the time flies.

After a long 18 month journey we were finally in Guangzhou, China to meet our daugher in person. We waited nervously along w/9 other families in a medium size conference room wondering whose daughter would be brought in to meet her new parents 1st. Emmie was not the 1st to be brought in, nor the 2nd. She was pretty much in the 'middle of the pack' so we had a little while to wait nervously w/all the other families in the room. There were many tears & many smiles from both Bill & me when she was finally carried into the room. Here was this cute little waif in a too big blue dress, squeaky shoes, hair up in 2 piggie tails on the top of her head & clutching a little container of Chinese jello-type snack. As the orphanage director handed her over to me, my 1st thought was of how light she was - less than 15 lbs at 15.5 months old. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, she was bawling up a storm - & not happy tears either. Needless to say, Emmie wasn't so thrilled w/the whole thing. Bless her heart, we didn't look like, sound like or smell like anything she was used to. I'm sure she was very scared - wouldn't you be?

We were eventually able to coax her into eating a few cheerios, but she certainly didn't want to smile or to give up the things she had clutched in her little hands - such a serious little face. As the days passed we got to know each other & have grown into the family we are now. Today, she's a normal 5 year old little southern girl that just happens to be adopted from China. We're so grateful to have the privledge of being her parents.

Um....I don't want to seem ungrateful or anything...but aren't we all going to get fat ENOUGH on this ship eating the amazing food and making multiple stops at Scoops and in Diversions for Nachos and getting free room service in the middle of the night? Now we're going to add candy underwear to the menu? SHEESH!

Apparently DH wasn't that far off the mark then when he was suggesting folks bring edible undies! (& here I didn't want to post his comments the other night for fear folks would just go 'eeeewwwww')

I don't know if anyone else has responded....but the spa villas are wonderful! Jason and I are doing cabana massages on Castaway Cay on one of the days there and spa villa on one of the sea days. We did it on the TransAtlantic and it was a great experience. It's not cheap...but we thought the experience was so nice we're definitely going to do it again! (Thanks to the points we've racked up on our Disney Visa Card! )

I know it's $$$ but this will be our first spa villa if we do it and would like to make this a cruise to remember. Thanks for your advice

Amy, I hope your recital was awesome tonight....not to mention you and your DSis kept your clothes on!

Thanks for the suggestion of getting a luggage scale! I found one on-line at Bed Bath & Beyond for $10, so I went to the brick and mortar store this afternoon with my 20% coupon!

I didn't get around to trying the dry test with the DiCAPac yet. I'll go do that as soon as I finish this post and leave it sunk in the sink overnight and report the results tomorrow.

Outside of water, I will say I have not had any problems pushing buttons to change modes or zoom. A few times when I the lens extended out to full micro zoom, the lens touched the side of the bag at the end of the lens channel, which caused a reflex from the camera to pull the telescoping lens back in and then turned the camera off. I'm not greatly concerned with that because I can't imagine that while underwater I'll zoom in THAT much.

....Kimberly if you could please post on the website... along with check my numbers... OK i have had my coffee, didnt drink any adult beverages without you, and the kids werent bugging me ... SO I should be spot on.. LMAO or so I hope
