Is it a good deal?

I'm sure they sell "candy". I'm looking for the big bags of fun size for handing out to trick-or-treaters.

Yes. I saw lots last time I was there. They also had a huge box of different Krispie Treats. Chocolate drizzle, little m&m ones, etc.

Yes they do. It's an OK deal. They're maybe 4-5 lbs and are usually combined from multiple brands. Here's a pic:

come on dizbelle for an extra 20 bucks you could get the full size candy bars and be the rock star of your block.

I just went to BJs Wholesale, similar to Costco, and they had tons of bags like the one pictured above. They were mostly 140-150 pieces for $12.99. I went to Walmart after and they had bags of 80-90 pieces for about $10 each. So for a couple bucks more, you get some more pieces. To me, it was about the same and I liked the selection at Walmart better so I got it from there instead.

Yes, and there is one bag that has the Kirkland Peanut Butter cups. OMG--good. Much better than Reeses PB Cups. We fight over them at Halloween--they usually don't make the treat bowl that we hand out.

I'm vegan, so I don't give out the usual chocolate bars, but my Costco had large boxes of small Pringles containers so I am giving those out this year.

Oddly, I could not find any the last time I was there. I figured I was too late and they'd moved on to Christmas. Sams Club did have candy -- 6 cents per piece, which handily beat the 10 cents/piece bags I saw at Wal-Mart.

Yes, Costco sells candy. This time of year it's in both regular sized and large bags of fun sized.
It's been there awhile. I don't know how long it lasts into late October. Probably depends on the store.

Funny. My daughters still talk about the lady in our neighborhood who gave out full size Snickers.

My mother lives in a huge neighborhood and has been handing out full sized candy bars since I was a kid. We all think she's crazy! She spends a fortune every year, but whatever floats her boat!

The guy in front of me at Sam's club was doing that. I wanted to ask him where he lived so I could trick or treat in his neighborhood!!

i'd like to be that guy, one day. This year we are in a new place and I have no idea how many kids we will see. I did manage to paint a pumpkin teal and get a bunch of toy/party favor/glow bracelets to hand out to kids in addition to candy.

We moved from a neighborhood that had over 250 kids to a rural home that had none! For over 30 years. So when we moved to a neighborhood again, I figured we saved so much over those years we could do full size bars. We do live on a dead end street, so that keeps the numbers down some.
We have between 40 and 60 now.
I also have a bowl of none candy items
