Dosh app not recognizing purchases

I realized a couple months ago that my Dosh app was no longer recognizing my purchases. It dawned on me that I had gotten a reissued card and I deleted it and added the new info, also adding my husbands card. It still isn't working. We have went to a lot of the places with offers and it never catches it. I've looked online and can't find any reason why its not working. Anyone have any insight?
