Next up was FP+ for Star Tours. This is where FP+ was terrible. I didn’t really want this time, but I really wanted the time I had for TSMM and I couldn't figure out how to change it. So there, I have figured out that I did have everything activated on the MBs by this day! LOL It was the first time we’d used the FP+ and we only set it up that morning so it was all knew and hard to figure out. The stand by wait was about 10 minutes! It was silly to use FP for it! Someone even commented on that as we walked by.

I do like to try to get a few shots of the queue area. It's something different. I don't often see many pictures of Star Tours.

It looks as though we had another FP+ because we sure didn't wait 50 minutes for Tower of Terror! Nope, about 7 minutes from the time I took the wait time shot to my picture of the ride photo. Which is why I don't have many queue shots.

We were heading to another favorite for lunch. I had to change things around a little bit as we had an ADR for the first full day of the trip, but I knew Blanche wasn't going to be in yet, so I had to change it.

We were able to adjust our plans accordingly (and easily) to do the same things as planned for Blanche's first full day. DHS for the morning, lunch at 50s PT Cafe, and then outlet shopping with optional park plans for the evening, or whatever we felt like doing!

Where are you going in Germany? I've been to Germany twice, both for World Youth Day (one pre trip because I was one of the leaders taking young people and one actual event. We stayed near Fulda and Cologne.

Oh fun! Have a wonderful time visiting your exchange student! You'll have to share some pictures later, I'd love to see Germany pictures again! I went to Germany as a chaperone on a pilgrimage, so we had made a promise not to drink any alcohol (honestly, I don't drink anyways, so no problem for me). In Fulda, our host mother and sister took my roommate and I to a pub and showed us the non alcholic beverages. We had Safe Sex on the Beach (as opposed to Sex on the Beach). My roommate didn't like it when I kept telling everyone that we'd have safe Sex on the Beach! I thought it was funny. It was a really great drink too! I liked it!

It would be fun if you could make it to the fundraiser. I love Dis meets!

Gerard Butler (not a big fan of 300, I actually watched most of it in fast forward! ). He is one of my absolute favorites. Maybe it's the fact that he's a Scotsman too, I just have a thing for Scotland.

At this point I think we took the bus directly to DTD, which surprised me because I didn't realize that there were buses to DTD.

From DTD, we took a cab to the outlet mall for some shopping. There are a few must dos for me, including the Disney Character Warehouse (could you guess?). I don’t think I was impressed with the products this time. I spent some (I’m sure) but nothing compared to normally.

I didn't spend a whole lot at all.

After the outlets on Vineland, we took a cab directly to the hotel. (At least that's what I think we did! LOL) It's easier with our bags. We were back at the hotel by 6:20 because that's when I paid for my supper at Everything Pop.

We stayed in and rested after doing a little shopping in the store at Pop.

Before we were on the ride, there was this poor kid just getting off who was getting sick in a bag. Ew! I felt bad for him though, even as grossed out as I was!

By 10:30 we were ready for a snack. I know we did Soarin’, but I can’t remember if we did it before or after our snack. I think it must have been before because of the time. It sure didn’t take 1.5 hours for Mission Space.

For our snack, we had the scrumptious strawberry shortcake. It’s one of my favorite Disney treats! We share it and get ice water. But it’s great because we get to have twice as many treats because we share!

We took a quick trip in to MouseGear, I think just to use the air-conditioning and to walk through the building to get to WS. That’s weird for me, to exercise self-control like that, especially since I had opened up the shopping gates the day before!

I felt guilty sneaking through without watching the video, but we didn’t feel like waiting for it and then spending the time. I looked at Les Chefs de France. ONE DAY! That is on my list! I did have an ADR for it for another trip, but I ended up cancelling the trip so no Chefs de France. I have been back since, but never went. Blanche doesn't seem too interested.

We were going on a friendship boat! I was going to say for the first time, but on our 2009 shopping (no parks!) trip, we took the boat from DHS to the Boardwalk.

We waited a while for the boat. I’m sure we could have walked it faster, but Blanche had been having blister issues, so we decided to take the nice, relaxing way and we waited.

The wait could not have been more than 15 minutes, but it did seem long to us. We sat down (or I did and Blanche probably leaned on something) in the shade of the queue and relaxed. I likely scrolled through my pictures.

Blanche is pointing to where we live. PEI is sort of there, it just doesn't look right and wasn't called PEI back then. Most of the other provinces are not the same names either though.

We didn’t wait too long. We arrived at around 1pm, stopped in the ladies room to wash up for lunch and went off to find the restaurant.

It was a little drizzly so I didn’t take many pictures. I am surprised by how few, actually, as I go through them right now! By 1:10 or so we were at the front of the line and we were given the option of eating at the bar without a long wait, so we took that. By 1:16 I was taking pictures inside the restaurant.

). I liked it, but it was a lot of food, I don’t believe I finished it. I think I took the top bun off near then end and ate the chicken and the bottom bun with a knife and fork. Couldn't waste the protein!

She liked it as well, and found it too large to finish too! We are not big eaters I guess, which must be why we often share a meal!

At one point it started to rain with some lightening so the pool closed. I like this pool, as do most people, I’m sure.

Then we went missing until about 6:30! I don’t know what we did, because I am a terrible note taker and I have no pictures to prove anything or refresh my memory. We do tend to take some reading breaks. Must have been that. And it did rain a lot in the afternoons this trip. So it was probably raining. Oh wait! On my cell phone I have pictures of our ice cream from Ghirardelli’s, so we were in DTD. This was about 4pm. Nice supper! Hahahahaha So going through receipts, we were shopping at DTD and I’d made a purchase just before 4pm. So we may or may not have made it back to the hotel before then. I took my last picture at the Yacht club at around 2:00, so maybe we didn’t. But did we go back and I leave the camera there? Who knows? LOL Are you being entertained by my babbling? LOL Note to self: TAKE NOTES next time!

Sorry we got into them before I remembered to take a picture!

Blanche got chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce. I got chocolate ice cream with strawberries. I remember saying it was really different, and that if I'd thought it out I would have gotten vanilla ice cream with strawberries, but the strawberries were a very last minute addition.

I wanted to do lunch with Remy! So sad that I missed him! If during my next trip I get lunch alone, I might do a walk up and see. What can it hurt?
