Dooney & Bourke - Mickey Balloon Cosmetic Bag

I really think this bag is so cute, and I see that you can get it for $15 on DisneyStore.com if you make another D&B purchase. The problem is that I really don't love any of the other affordable options, but I can't seem to find this cosmetic bag for sale on it's own anywhere (except Ebay.) Does anyone know if this bag is available for purchase on it's own? Here's a link to it in case you don't know which one I mean

You can't add it to your cart without purchasing another D&B. You add it by entering a code in your cart and if you remove the D&B then the cosmetic bag is automatically removed as well. Also, be aware that if you have a free shipping code, you will be charged $5 shipping if the cosmetic bag is in your cart. The cosmetic bag is very cute but it is small.
