When I got mine a few weeks back, WoD was very limited on the black, had no tassle totes at all, but the couture shop at Hollywood Studios had EVERYTHING. Guess it depends on the day.
Moral of the story: If you can't find what you want in one store, KEEP LOOKING!

FYI we were in WDW a couple weeks ago and I wanted a white wristlet. Looked in all the park stores that carry them and in Tren-D...no one had the white wristlets, only the black ones. The ONLY place that had the white wristlets were World of Disney @ DTD. Soooo if you can't find it at one store, keep searching... World of Disney seemed to have the largest selection of all the purses anyway. They are in the section w/ the jewelry.

That is good news! Maybe they will still have the white wristlets!!!

I have a Disney Visa and they won't take it. I was told the only discount they give is for employees.

they can do CM discounts on the phone! I really wanted one, but feel the only way i would spend that much money is if I could use my CM discount. and of course they have none at DL.

Now i just have to decide...The harveys original mickey messenger bag, or the medium sketch tote. its so hard because i have a lot of midsized purses and need a book bag for school, in the parks. But i LOVE the sketch pattern.

i KNOW, its HUGE rite??? i was a bit shocked when i received mine as well!

I too thought it was ginormous when I compared the two bags.

I am waiting on my birthday and then buying myself the large white one I think. I like the size of the medium white tote but those straps look like something I will hate all the time (I don't like straps to be stiff and in the way and they appear short for shoulder carrying). But now I'm worried that the large tote is ginormous so I have no clue. The sketch was the one I wanted in the first place so I don't really even want to look at the black or new pattern if its similar.....what to do ?

I do carry a rather large bag - at the moment it's a 4 year old coach patchwork which I think is a tote but that white large just looks huge compared to the others....

I know exactly how you feel. I just listed my med sketch tote on ebay because I want a big one...for my bday. If anyone is interested, I am blueislemomma. I tried to be honest and fair about the bag. Thanks for the pic of the two together, that made me feel like I am making the right choice!!

FYI There's a BIG white bag listed on ebay for $249 w/ Free shipping. It's a stock photo but maybe they'd e-mail you a pic of the actual bag. I think this works out to $1 less than WDW merchandising w/ shipping?

There's also one for $225 w/ free shipping ending in 4 hours that's an actual picture of the bag....

If I had to guess, many of those sellers don't actually have the bag in hand. They probably live near WDW and will go buy the bag once the auction closes.

Got mine this week off eBay. It was a "stock photo" auction. I AM SO HAPPY with the placement of everything on it. I LOVE IT!!!!

finally got my wife to buy one! she never likes to spend money on herself but this time i made her. it was the perfect bag for her as she wanted the front face of the bag to have certain images on it (the castle, teacups, tink, and walt disney world instead of disneyland, the new bags have them seperated instead of world on top and land on bottom.) this one had everything and more. had a quick scare bc i picked it up and put it back down and another girl picked it up but she let us have it back. here it is. she walked around epcot smiling (we went there after MK)

got it in the art store on main street in mk btw, dont know if they used to carry them or just started but they had tons of the white and black.

Art store in MK? Does anyone know if this is a new shop that wasn't selling them before, or one of the stores we already knew about? I want to make sure I keep "up to date" with where they're sold so when I get there, I know where to look for one. Thanks!
