I really want to get a white bag but I am concerned about keeping it clean. Whenever I have a white bag and it bangs against my jeans, denim shorts or denim skirt, some of the blue die gets on the bag. I really want the white bag and I have been reading about these bag for a while and people have mentioned the white bag turning yellow. That is a concern also. My main concern though it when it rubs against me will it turn the color of my clothes?

Has anyone experienced this?

I have been carrying the white tote daily since early November and have had no problem. The material it's made of is very easy to wipe off if something gets on it. I have had no problem with colors from my clothes rubbing off on it. Mine still looks as good as new.

I've been carrying mine since Mid October, and mine also, has had no issues.

I have had no coloring on mine yet, today is the third day that I will have used it though. I am making sure I store it in a container that no sunlight hits it and keeping it out of the sun when in my car, etc. My last white Dooney took a few years to yellow and never discolored from clothing, etc. I could see if it was a swing pack and you wore newer/darker jeans that the rubbing could cause some issues but I think you will be just fine with one of these styles.

I apologize if this has already been discussed and I just haven't found it in the previous pages. Do we know if the original white design (without Minnie) has been replaced by the new design with Minnie? Maybe the bags I saw at the MK on Sunday were just old stock and when they are sold out, they will all be Minnie? For people who are ordering their bags from the merchandise line, are they receiving the new or the old design? Do they give you choice, or do they seem to send you whatever is in stock at that time? The largest Minnie tote is huge! I wish they would hurry up and make a smaller shoulder style bag in a color other than white. All these Minnie's are really tempting me. LOL.

I agree the new large Minnie is HUGE! When I first heard about it I thought I might want it and went to WOD to look at it. When I saw it I thought it could be a nice overnight bag. Maybe?? I had thought the other bag was a little big, but I got that one anyway!

I agree. When I first saw Minnie behind the counter at World of Disney, there was a huge line and all the cast members were super busy. I assumed I would be able to see them up close and touch them all at the MK. Plus I was with men who do not appreciate such things as Disney Dooney's that were rushing me along. That's why I was so disappointed when I got the the MK and they were all the old design. I was also surprised they had more of the older version. The first design seemed to have disappeared right before Christmas. Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios make is so much easier to see the bag and pick the placement you want. At the other stores, you have to hope that there is a nice cast member who isn't too busy that will let you look at them all.

When I went to WOD on 12/29, it was in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy. I had a nice female CM who let me look at all the bags and wristlets! So I was able to get good placement on my bag and wristlet. I posted the fronts a few pages back and will post the more pics soon.
When you were there did they still have the display to the left of the register? Based on what you posted it sounds and looks like they had moved them back behind the register. On Tues. 12/29 they were behind the register and on Fri night 1/1 they had a display beside the register. They also had a CM working on the wall.!

i am thinking of selling my sketch wristlet, version 1. I have used it for about a month and it is in awesome condition. HOw much should I think about selling it on Ebay for?

What about starting price at $29.99 and go from there. But don't forget EBAY charges a listing fee and then a % of final price. Plus paypal fees. I've sold 2-3 things before on Ebay and find the profit sometimes is not much. How about posting a pic here and see if someone is interested in your wristlet.

Just got back from Disneyworld! As reported, only World of Disney had the second version of the white Cindy tote. Since my sister and I had to have the version with Minnie, we were willing to spend $190 on each of our purses. We did notice that none of the Cindy totes had a clear shot of Minnie/Mickey and the Castle. So if you are interested in the second version, you might have to sacrifice one for the other.

That is a good idea. I will take pics and post later tonight. We are headed to my parents for dinner! My wristlet does have a full tink on the back. I just don't really need the wristlet and could use the money to help with a birthday gift for my daughter, I kind of went overboard.

Yep the new style of bags (light brown tan and cream colored one's) are crossbody, with other styles.

Its almost like the black one with a white background and tan and cream colored mickeys. The colors of the mickeys are like light creams and tan. This was from a picture I saw about 2 months ago so forgive me if I'm wrong

Are they selling the crossbody bag? I check this thread daily to see if anyone has seen the crossbody or knows anything about it. I can't wait to get one!!!!!!
