Hi ladies,
I've been out of the loop with the Disney Dooney updates for a little while. Saw the new white bags with Minnie behind the counter at World of Disney on Sunday and thought they were super cute. Then I came and read some of this thread and realized I need to keep up!

Here's some far away pics of all of the black bags.

I believe they also had all of the new white bags with the Minnies on them, but no old white designs.

I was disappointed when I got to the Magic Kingdom and they had all the black bags, but only the old white designs without Minnie. I wanted to the Minnie bags up close. Here's some pics of the old white ones and the black bags. I guess this means I have to go and check the Minnie's out again soon. You guys are amazingly strategic at tracking the Disney Dooneys!!!

I am thinking that Disney must have gotten a lot of inventory in recently, since all of our orders have shipped and there are a ton on ebay in the last couple of days.

Holy cow, there are a ton on Ebay. I would so buy the large new Minnie tote too if I wasn't so scared about the yellowing..... I took the chance on buying the version 1 tote already.

There are, but some of the sellers are posting the same pics for all their listings! Me, I would need to see the placement!

For instance, there is one with great castle placement, but every Minnie on there is cut off or covered up.

I also saw a cool "33" purse on e-bay today that I thought about bidding on, but "no International bids"! I have been buying and selling on e-bay for 10 years! I was in the states, but moved so now I am out a purse...

That's great that at MK and even Hollywood Studios store you can see the bags and wristlets without asking a CM to please look for a Minnie or Tink on the purse you want to buy. Good luck finding the Minnie purse.. she is so cute!

I apologize if this has already been discussed and I just haven't found it in the previous pages. Do we know if the original white design (without Minnie) has been replaced by the new design with Minnie? Maybe the bags I saw at the MK on Sunday were just old stock and when they are sold out, they will all be Minnie? For people who are ordering their bags from the merchandise line, are they receiving the new or the old design? Do they give you choice, or do they seem to send you whatever is in stock at that time? The largest Minnie tote is huge! I wish they would hurry up and make a smaller shoulder style bag in a color other than white. All these Minnie's are really tempting me. LOL.

From what I saw 12/20-12/30 while at disney they were selling both sketch bags.. with and without Minnie. I assume that when the bags w/out Minnie run out, there will only be the second version of bags. Those ordering from merchandise line are being told that only the sketch bag w/out Minnie is available.

Big favor to ask if anyone goes to the park soon and has space in their luggage for a Minnie Wristlet. My sister saw the wristlet I brought home from Disney and of course fell in love with it I have not been able to find a good placement of Minnie on the wristlets on Ebay. I would like to surprise her with it for her bday this coming March. If anyone is able to help me out, please PM.. I can either pay you through Paypal or personal check whatever you prefer.

I agree. When I first saw Minnie behind the counter at World of Disney, there was a huge line and all the cast members were super busy. I assumed I would be able to see them up close and touch them all at the MK. Plus I was with men who do not appreciate such things as Disney Dooney's that were rushing me along. That's why I was so disappointed when I got the the MK and they were all the old design. I was also surprised they had more of the older version. The first design seemed to have disappeared right before Christmas. Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios make is so much easier to see the bag and pick the placement you want. At the other stores, you have to hope that there is a nice cast member who isn't too busy that will let you look at them all.

Hooray! To tide me over until March (or sooner If I cave to e-bay) I contacted the "33" purse seller and she will sell to me in Canada!

Now I get to watch the gorgeous pics and updates come in from all the lucky ladies at WDW over the next 2 months.

I really want to get a white bag but I am concerned about keeping it clean. Whenever I have a white bag and it bangs against my jeans, denim shorts or denim skirt, some of the blue die gets on the bag. I really want the white bag and I have been reading about these bag for a while and people have mentioned the white bag turning yellow. That is a concern also. My main concern though it when it rubs against me will it turn the color of my clothes?

Has anyone experienced this?
