A BLACK one??? Oh no! I think I'd rather have black, not white. I ordered the white large bag, got a call on Wed. the 11th saying it was in and shipping. But, it still hasn't posted to my credit card so I'm not sure what is going on. I'll be @ WDW in January, so can return it then if I don't like the pattern. I guess if the black comes in before that, I could exchange it for the black then if I like it better. I don't know - maybe the patterns won't be as prominent on the black? White would be super fun in summer. But I can't justify having two! I just get a little sick when I think of the $30 shipping charge if I don't keep it!

Yep - I do! Don't know why I didn't think of it I'd just look to re-coup my $$$ to buy a black one!

I'm going to use my white one for now, but if they do release a black one, I would much prefer that. Does anyone know if a gently used Disney Dooney would get a decent price on Ebay?

This is such a cute purse! When I first heard about it I thought I would hate it but think it is so much fun! Im not into the white version so am crossing my fingers for the rumored black bag...or any other color for that matter

With my crappy attempt at photoshop I can see it now. Reallly want a black one...the colors would pop so well

Subscribing to this thread. I want one in black or blue, can't justify white knowing how quickly it will get dirty. We are going for Christmas so hopefully they will be there then.

For those worrying about the white bag, as a long time D&B fan you don't need to worry about dirt. The coated bags are not a problem. I am not a huge fan of the lighter leather trim because that is more prone to stains but I am sucking it up because it's Mickey.

My CM friends found me a tote this weekend at GF, there were a few, but they sold out within minutes. I hope everyone finds one if they want, I am so excited to get it!!!

I just called Disney three times. The first person said she knows nothing about other colors and was very rude. The second person said they just got the last order of white ones in and didn't know about new colors. The third call was they are suppose to be released in time for Christmas but she doesn't the colors.

My price tag said $180 back in October, but it rang up $175.

Got my bag and wristlet Saturday. It was SOLD OUT at MK Friday nite but they were restocked early Saturday morning. But they had some at DTD and the GF shop (SummerLace). At DTD, if you are an AP or Disney reward cards, they WILL honor the discount for those purses.

All they had were the white ones.

Those bags are huge! I love it!

Long time Dooney owner here and you do need to be concerned about yellowing on the white bag. There are numerous threads on the internet about people complaining about the white fabric yellowing. Some people were able to solve the problem by doing some type of stripping of the coating on the fabric.....My Dooney bag, made from this same fabric, yellowed after two years. Enough yellowing that I threw the bag out as it looked like someone dumped something all over it.
