I am worried about the yellowing too, since I had a bag that yellowed. However I figure if I use it for a year or two and then it is done at least I had a darn cute bag for that amount of time.
I may also opt to sell the white one if the black comes out. We have heard rumors of different colors but nothing concrete that this will happen. I think the colored ones will hold up a lot better.

So... who IS going to carry their new Dooneys in the park? I'm on the fence...got the large tote. Would easily hold my glasses, sunglasses, wallet and jacket or sweatshirt (in January). Just curious...

I got the wristlet and large tote, I'll probably use the tote on the airplane and as my purse, but for in the parks I'll likely continue to use my small Vera Bradley backpack with my wristlet in it. Maybe just wristlet at night when I'm not worried about sunscreen, water bottles, etc.. My Dkids are 10.7.5, so less and less stuff to carry, life is getting a bit easier. I'll probably use the wristlet daily as my wallet, helps me to think Disney! It's a little crazy how excited I am about these bags, I can't wait to get it!!!

I'm so excited about this. Actually, we were at Disney from 9/30 to 10/11 (all over the place) and I never saw these! I guess they must have put them out, and then sold out, before I even knew they were there!

I have LOTS of bags, but this will be my first D&B. I just ordered the small tassel tote and wristlet for my Christmas present (I called DH to make sure he was ok with getting me this, and he will wrap it up with the kids ) I usually get some sort of bag at Christmas anyway. I just hope it comes in on time. They took my CC and said it would ship out between now and January. Even if I can't get both, perhaps one or the other could arrive so it can go under the tree. I promised DH I would'nt even open it if it does arrive so I'll be extra excited on Christmas morning! I too am trying to get back to smaller bags as my kids are now 6 1/2 and 3 1/2...no more carrying around cups, pull-ups, special snacks, etc.

I personally never vacation at disney with my " good, expensive purses". I was chatting with another lady at TREN-D and we were both buying the disney dooneys and also were using KIPLING bags. She told me, " Aah, you do the same as I do, keep the good purses at home and use a KIPLING on vacation". I wouldn't want to soil my disney dooney or even misplace it. I have too many things to keep track of while on vacation. Just my opinion TINKERBELLSECRET.

I heard rumor from a friend who works for Disney that they will no longer sell the medium size bag but only the large tote and wristlet. The black bag is only supposed to come in those two sizes as well.

I'm disappointed I missed these when we were in WDW last month for the Food and Wine Festival!

I like the one with the Tink by the flap - even though part cut off. I think you can see her better. Just my opinion!

I agree - I'm not a huge Tink fan but she looks MUCH cuter and more noticalbe on that one. Congrats on having to even make that decision!

My friend and sister asked me to buy them a wristlet, and I have yet to decide which tink I want before they come to pickup theirs. The tink sitting on the flap does look cute! I was even worse while I was at disney last week. I kept going to each store that had them to make sure I had the "best" tink I could find. Of course, my 11 year old son kept saying, "Mom, didn't you buy one already"... aaahh typical man.

Just wanted to share this. I ordered my bag back in early Oct. and was charged. Just checked my charge card and was charged AGAIN!!! And to top it off, I still do not have the bag!!!! Others may want to check their charge card.

I called Disney today and they will credited my charge card and the bag is due this FRIDAY! (this is the good part!)

I'm bad with those sorts of decisions too! Drive Dh nuts when I cant decide on a color, etc. I guess if you're really up in the air see if either of them have a really strong feeling and then take what's left?? Well, good luck on that - again, that at least in a 'fun' decision - no matter what, you've got one!!!

I ordered my tote and wristlet last tuesday 11/10 and I called merchandise today and was told it shipped and i should be getting 11/20 friday. When I called they told me they were bo until the first week of december. I can't wait.

I bought the wristlet on Friday the 13th. They only had that and the larger tote for $180. I got it on Mainstreet (not the Emporium...across the street) and I know that Tren D has them as well. Wish they'd had the medium sized bag! But the wristlet is really really cute. I bought it as a Christmas gift to myself, lol.
