Dooney & Bourke Disney collaboration ~ part 4

Does anyone know how much it costs for return shipping on disneystore.com? I am contemplating ordering a couple different D&B bags to see which style/placement I like best when I get them, and returning the one(s) I don't like, but would like to know how much that costs- I cant seem to find that on the website?

You won't find that info on disneystore.com. It all depends on the weight of the items, shipping method and which shipping carrier you use.

I ship them back USPS parcel post. However sometimes flat rate is cheaper (you can get free flat rate boxes at your post office) so once you have them boxed up and ready for return, weigh them then go onto the USPS website, put in your zip code and the zip code you are shipping to and it will show you the costs for each of the shipping methods. I also send them with delivery confirmation and if it's a high value I also pay for insurance as well.

Kinda thinking about the black chains wristlet. How is the size? Is it puny and barely fits anything?

Does anyone know if they still sell the Dooney and Bourke sketch weekender?

They had it on ds.com a few weeks ago, but it has been on/off the site a lot. I wonder if they take an item down when it goes out of stock and then add it back when they get it in again? Sale time is the best time to get it.

Thanks for the info, but I'm still confused- on the returns/exchanges section of the disney website, it says "Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via prepaid UPS or insured USPS (to the address below) using the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip." So reading that, I was under the impression that they give you the prepaid label and they just deduct the cost from your return credit--so I was trying to find out how much it is they deduct.

I have the same wristlet style with the Disneyland 55th print, and yes, it barely fits anything. My iPhone, credit cards/ID, small set of keys. it does fit my camera but it bulges out so I dont use it for that, and even if I did I wouldnt be able to fit the camera and the phone. I'm leaning towards the charm mini barrel for these reasons but I'm bummed it doesnt come in black!

I've never received a prepaid label from them for return. I have received address labels, but never anything prepaid. When I called to ask a few months back they said shipping was at your own expense.

This has always been my experience as well.

They are saying you pre-pay for UPS or USPS - in other words don't send it COD

The label they send you just has their mailing address and the order # printed on it for you to use (no postage is included)

The only time they will pay for postage is if the item is damaged then they will call UPS and have someone come pickup the package from you or will send you a pre-paid label for you to send it back at their cost

I promise it is not a bad thing to know....

Now that they are part of the SEC, could be even more so.

Thanks everyone for the info, I went ahead and did my order. I decided not to go with ordering multiple bags because I didnt want to deal with the shipping hassle, so I gave it much thought and decided on the white charms letter carrier, hoping for good placement!

On a random note, can someone tell me if they are able to see my rotating banner or if it has the red 'x'...I can see it on my home laptop but its always an x on my work computer so I was wondering...
