I finally bit the bullet today and purchased...

The mini margot in white! I found this coupon code online that can be used for $15 at the Disney store and it worked on the D&B bags (DMRJUNE), and then the free shipping. I've been eying this for a few weeks and I bit the bullet today since I got a raise and a promotion

I'll post pics when it comes - I hope it's big enough for my park stuff...I've heard alot of people say it's too small.

I find the purse holds more that the cross body. Plus I like the width of the purse. I used mine in the park last summer and all the cast members were committing on it - it is not sold in the parks - only on line -so they had not seen it before. I also put a caribiner clip around the strap to hold extra things that don't fit into the purse.

Any ideas where I could sell my bag (its the black and white mickey cartoon large bag with red shoulder strap) besides ebay. I bought it in Feb and only carried it a couple of months because I like a larger bag. Never sold anything on ebay and was hoping there is an easier way to list the bag.

If you're on facebook search for "Disney Dooney and Bourke" and you should find a fan page where many of us post. We do lots of buying and selling there.

Another option would be your local Craigslist.

Oh great! I'm just worried about my camera because it's pretty large. Not an SLR but bigger than a point & shoot.

I have that bag in black too, just used it yesterday. It is small, which is why I love it, but I fear you may have trouble with a camera that is larger than point and shoot. Not only is it fairly small, but the opening is a bit small too. That said, even though I don't use it all the time, it's probably my favorite of all my bags, I love the shape and the print!

We are in WDW now and a new bag needs to come home with me I'm trying to decide between the buttons or leather sketch bag and right now it's a toss up

If it helps I definitely want the iPad case in retro as soon as the WDW bags are released oh what an expensive obsession

I spent a quick hour shopping at downtown Disney this past Saturday. I bought the buttons and leather tote you have a difficult choice to make.
If you see any brown leather letter carriers will you let me know please. Neither WOD or trend-d had any when I went. Hoping new inventory get added by this friday.

Well, I couldn't take it any more. There was a Princess Collette bag on Ebay earlier this week. Must have been one of the ones that were for sale @ TrendD in April (no Marathon Medallion). DH told me for 2 days: BUY IT!! On the 3rd day, I DID!!!!


It arrived this morning & I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Can't believe I paid that much for a purse, I usually think $40 @ Penney's is a lot. I am soooo happy!!!

I love that purse, I saw it on Ebay too, I almost bid on it. Congratulations, it looks so cute.

Thanks! I got my bag today and I LOVE it! I put my camera in and it fits nicely The only other thing I put in there is my phone and a business card holder that I use for my cards and a tiny bit of cash. Its perfect, I can't wait to use it in september

Question for all you D&B pros: I see they come with a card to register them. What do I put for where I got it? Do I say on the internet? Or just say it was a gift? I'd like to register it but don't want to have any problems because it a "resale". Thanks!

So far I made a totally different decision than planned. A character barrel with pink trim to use as a camera case. Fits my new Sony and lenses perfectly. Perfectly centered MM prince/princess and corner jumping Plutos.

I went today also to WOD and TREN-D.. Very few brown leather totes. Then went to GF, poly, and contemporary.. Not a single brown tote. Hopefully when they get the new shipments you mentioned they also add the brown LCs.. None on property according to merchandise line.

Are the green sketch cross body D & B bags still available? They've been sold out online ever since the memorial day sale. Should have bought one then but chickened out...lol
