Yes by the jewelry. I really did get lucky! And the Walt Disney World banner is right on the front which is the best part, in my opinion!

I purchased both the large and small sketch tote bags and ended up returning the small one and keeping the large tote bag. I love it - it has great placement and I found a matching wristlet with great placement for such a little bag. We were in WDW from September 19 to September 29 and I had no problem finding a great selection of sketch bags to choose from with great placement. World of Disney store had a bit of an attitude with letting me look at bags for placement, while Uptown Jewelers in the Magic Kingdom had the bags displayed on racks so that shoppers like me could browse to our hearts content. TrenD was another great place to shop for bags, as the cast members allowed me to look through their inventory for great placement.

I love it, esp. with the red. The blue I don't particularly care for.

I like the blue but don't really like the red.

And I don't think I like the red OR the blue.

I do like the black trim on the little barrel bag though, at least I think I do. It's hard to tell for sure from a picture.

I probably won't buy anything from this collection though. I have a couple of Harvey's comic strip bags that I really like, and this pattern is just too similar, at least IMO.

I hope they have the new bag when I go in a little over two weeks. I really want to see it in person before I decide if I like it or not. When I looked at the pictures on my iPhone, I loved them but it was a red and not a red brown showing. On my computer it looks more red brown and I didn't like that as much.

OHHH. I think I kind of like that bigger bag, but I agree with a PP about wanting to know the dimensions. I only have two bags right now; a 40th anniversary print and the wonder (the black with different colored Mickeys). Basically I bought the black one and used that until I bought the 40th anniversary and now I've been using that one since April-ish. I'm thinking I should go back to the black one now for the winter. Sadly, I think if I were to buy a new bag, the other two would get shelved and I'd never use them again. It's a vicious and expensive cycle! Oops, I lied. I have a third bag. It's the black and white cloth tote bag. I use that everyday for my work stuff.

Slightly OT, but does anyone remember Rachel who used to post here quite a bit? I think she was Tink1975 (or something like that). Wondering if anyone's heard from her lately? I was trying to get in touch with her, but had no luck.

Wow I am so glad not to love the new print now I can spend all my time worrying about getting the perfect 40th bag and maybe a bow wristlet I just love the wristlets so much I use them most of them time.

They still have the bucket bag and wristlet on Disneystore.com and they are full price. I was at Disneyland last week and all the styles were still in all the stores and at WOD they even had the wallet. They were all full price. I even saw the Minnie Faces bag both sizes at full price on main street in the clothier shop. I bought the bucket bag last week and was able to see it in all shops to get my placement.

The 55th purses are still showing up on DisneyStore.com, and they are full price.

When I bought my tonal in May, the 55th were on sale/clearance, just assumed that they stayed there once they got there....

Well, like I said they had the Faces of Minnie Mouse pink purse in Disneyland at full price and that was on clearance and stopped long ago. I think they play with the prices sometimes. Who can figure??? I guess when we see a sale, go for it. It may not last

The DL55 collection has never been marked down in the parks.

I've never seen it marked down online either. There was the pricing mistake on the Kristin tote, but that wasn't a redline markdown, and it was corrected.

Or are you maybe talking about a 25% off all park merchandise kind of sale? Because that's different than a redline mark down.

These are the patterns I've seen redlined at one time or another:

Tonal Silhouette
Blue Mickey
Pink Minnie
Black Wonder
Pop Princess
Denim Erica
Colored Sketch

But never the DL55 or WDW40 patterns, and none of the newer collections either... at least not yet.

I'm not trying to call you out, I promise. I'm just trying to figure out if I missed something.

Ooooh, I just found this thread! I only have one Disney Dooney, which I bought several months ago for the trip I just got back from. It is a purple sketch crossbody (I think that's the right description, it's flat and fairly small). I loved using it in the parks! My cell phone fit perfectly in the outside pocket (which has a snap closure) and all my essentials (money, kleenex, lip balm, lotion, wipes, etc.) were zipped inside. I bought a lanyard pouch and attached it to the hardware to keep my KTTW card and FPs. Can't wait to use it again when I go back!!

Not a Dooney but if I can get back to Disneyland before my cruise I want to get this bag to use on the cruise.

My wristlet does not have the Dooney tag inside with the serial number like my other wristlets do. It just has the Disney World tag. Of course, mine came from eBay too, but at least ours are the same.

This collection will be the only one introduced for the upcoming holiday season.

The Disney Parks online store will introduce the collection in 2012.

But it reminds me of the Disney couture Harvey bags!
I already have the black and white one that I love in a Harvey tote!
Oh well, gotta think, besides I'm coveting the Aulani tote in the dark brown leather.
Just can't find an extra $500+ right now to get it!

BTW, my BFF just got from the GF and got me a suprise from WDW!
She said it is a D&B that I don't have! So it's either the Minnie Bows or Balloons tote.
We'll see!

I went ahead and looked at both of my Princess wristlets (one purchased at WDW and the other at disneystore.com) and my DL55 wristlet
(also @ds.com) and all three are like yours, too.
