I'm not planning on buying anything, but of course I had to go check it out anyway.

The barrel, tassel, and tote in the Wonder pattern are all in stock and sale priced, but the only one you can add the 25% off code to is the tote.

If you wanted the barrel or tassel I would think you could make a case if you called to order, no bets on how long hold time is though.

My conclusion: I think Disney needs a whole new IT department. The stories I could tell...

I've been saying this for over 10 years! Although I sure didn't mind when you could combine coupon codes to save 80-90% off their prices a few years back

Did anyone notice that the 55th Kristen is listed as $195 on disneystore.com? I'm thinking that might be a typo from when they increased the prices to match the 40th bags. Just interesting...

Ok, so on closer inspection it does say the sale is good "on select clearance items only". So I guess the Wonder tote might be the only Dooney actually eligible for the additional 25% off. Do you think they have a ton of that particular style left?

Everything in the pop princess and tonal collections is sale priced too, but they're not eligible for the additional 25% off either. Crazy.

No apologies to the IT department though. I offer this recent DS experience:

I bought an item that could be personalized, that I didn't want personalized. But the darn website wouldn't let me add it to my cart unless I put something in the personalization field.

So I called customer service to see if they could process my order. They said it was a programming issue, they were aware of it, and they couldn't leave that field blank either. They said to go ahead and order online and just put "no personalization wanted, leave blank" in the personalization field. OK, seems silly, but I did as I was told.

So my item finally arrives, and either someone was smart enough to figure out that they shouldn't actually engrave "no personalization wanted", or maybe that was just too long, but are you ready for this..... they actually engraved "leave blank" on it! Seriously, I'm not kidding!

Obviously the IT department didn't do the engraving, but it was their programming snafu that wouldn't let me add it to my cart without putting something in the personalization field. How crazy is that?

(We did the podcast cruise.) We also have several friends in town who are DVC owners or have recently sold their points. Love our DVC!

We were on the Wonder Dec. 9th-12th. We had gotten the cruise as an incentive for an add-on that we did in 2009. You definitely need to grow your Disney Dooney collection! It's very addictive

my current issue with their IT dept is that you can't view your order history. For me it shows my orders only from 2001-2002. I like to check off my orders with ebates to make sure they have every one accounted for as sometimes they do get missed but thanks to their lame IT dept can't do that right now. I sent off an email and got a canned response back with no ETA.
