That's correct you can't combine the 10% disney visa code with the 20% Gift code. However when you add the balloon cosmetic bag shipping goes from free to $4.95 which it shouldn't there's a glitch in their system but all you have to is email guest services and tell them you want the free shipping applied to your order and taken off your credit card amount. If you don't tell them that then they will email you a $5 gift card coupon code

Thanks for the info! I have only had the DV about a year and a half or so I think. I haven't quite figured out all the ins and outs of it. Usually when I remember to ask about the discount, I'm not eligible. I think I'll let them have the $4.95. After all I did get 20% off on a bag that probably wasn't supposed to be discounted. So I'll quit while I'm ahead, lest they discover the mistake and cancel my order, lol!

I really think there was a glitch that allowed me to get the discount. Maybe try calling and ordering the items you want over the phone and see if it slips thru that way?

I think you have to be logged in, so that might have been the issue. When I first went to the site, it wouldn't let me use the code. I wasn't logged in yet. Then, when I logged in with my userID, it let me use the code.

I placed my order without using a login and password so who knows! I think their site is just finicky!

Sorry.. what I meant to say is that they are now selling them on the disneystore website. They are offering free shipping with the purchase of $75 or more. Have you checked out ebay lately? There have been several auctions of the disney dooneys at below the MSRP you would pay at disneyworld

I agreed with another poster a few pages back who was suffering from "non" buyers remorse. In fact, today I bought a new Vera Bradley because I just wanted a new purse. But then I log onto my favorite website and I find out about the discount at disneystore.com so I'm heading over there now and I'm going for it. But since I still don't know what I want, I'm going to order the bucket, the messenger and the Lucy! And I'll return what I don't want. And I know all you gals will understand when I say I might order two of each so I have something to choose from with placement. But ... how much do you think it's going to cost me to send back, say up to five purses, that I don't want? I know the shipping to me will be free and I will be saving 20%, but I don't want that whole 20% gobbled up in return fees.

I keep wanting to order from the disneystore website some 40th anniversary dooneys but not knowing what placement I will get holds me back. I got lucky this week and found a 40th anniversary messenger on ebay for $199 and free shipping! It has awesome placement.. I'll try and upload some pics later. Then, in completed listings I saw the wallet for $125 with free shipping and that one also had wonderful placement. So, I have decided to be PATIENT!

But, the placement was too good to pass up, and of course $199 with free shipping was the icing on the cake Now, I have to stop looking at the new messengers that are added to ebay, since I am always looking for something with better placement. Did you realize how many bags would be bought as a result?

I have been waiting for a good discount for the DL55th bucket. Our trip is not until November and I am just afraid that they will stop selling the 55th around July when the 55th turns into the 56th =) I would love to pick my own and may hold onto this one until we go in case I can exchange, but could not resist the bucket for $200 with free shipping. I just wish they sold the DL55th wallet on DisneyShopping. I wonder why they have the WDW 40th wallet and not the DL one? Oh well, I ended up getting the DL55th Large wristlet for $56.00 since no wallet. I use the balloon cosmetic bag as my wallet in my black satchel that I got Cyber Monday, so I am sure it will work for me.

Mary, the bag was barely placed up for auction when I hit the "buy it now" button. I went to sleep, and minutes after the same seller listed the 40th anniversary wallet for $125. Of course, someone immediately bought it and I asked the seller if they had another, but no such luck.

I convinced my friends to take a 7 am flight to orlando in October, just so I know I can go to either downtown disney or MK that same day Truly my friend, we are disney dooney addicts.

I changed my order to 2 Lucy bags, 1 Messenger and 1 Bucket. Hopefully I end up with something that has good placement. The shipping with two of each was well over $100, which I know I got for free, but it really got me thinking/worrying about what return shipping would be. I don't know why it's so high. I put in "test" shipments for UPS ground and I think it came to around $20. I'm not overly worried about placement on the 40th anniversary prints, but maybe I'll think differently once I see the bags. Watch; all three bag will have great placement and then I'll have a hard time deciding which one I want to keep. Because I'm only keeping one. Can't wait to see your pics.

WOW I don't blame you on that one. I am waiting til Aug. for my messenger; but if I saw that bag and at that price I would have done the same. Lucky girl!
