Dooney and Bourke Small World collection

Does anyone know when/if the new Dooney and Bourke Small World collection will be offered for sale at Disney World? I think I may have seen it briefly online at Shop Disney this past Monday, but not there anymore. I planned on looking in the parks, but so far haven't been able to find anything.

The DisneyStore website originally had the release date as April 15th but now it just says "Coming soon".

Has anyone else found the Dis Dooney and Bourkes a little less robust than normal ones?
Wife has a few and this Dis ones seem a little skimpier. So cool though.

I have noticed that some of the newer bags have more narrow, thinner straps.
