... threads whose subject line gives you no idea whatsoever what they're about? What are people thinking?

Don't you agree that the best thing is to just ignore them? :p

LOL! They make me a bit curious sometimes though....and I just can't resist reading on anyway! :p

This thread was intended as a commentary about posts on the theme parks board, where the use of uninformative subject lines is endemic.

I almost never use the community board, and so have no comment on posts there. So the move doesn't seem appropriate.

I agree, especially about the Theme Parks and other trip planning boards. On the community board, where there's basically "chatting" going on, it's one thing. But on the planning boards, there's no reason, and a big waste of time, to go into a thread that you don't have the answers for or don't need the information, making the subject line MUCH more important.

LOL MaryAnn. :teeth: I feel that way about the CB. LOL!

I open them all anyway, I'm just too nosey. :p

Do you know.......

I have been VERY tempted to start this exact thread! ;) ;) ;)

And yes, I do just hate it when people say a couple of words and then.....

......leave you wondering whether it's a thread worth opening or not

Erik, I opened this one because I have never seen YOU post a thread with a title like this before, so I was curious and though it'd be worth my while... and I was right... it was worth it :p

Just in case anybody missed it (well, it could have happened):

This thread is an example of what it is complaining about.

Also, if you really agreed that it's best to ignore such threads, you wouldn't be here.

And yes, it was all intentional.
