We just got upgraded to 1 bedroom suite and Club Level access. Woohoooo
Well, I'm not Dee (Natebenma), nor do I play her on TV, but...... we did the Keys to the Kingdom tour this past June and there were two people in wheelchairs in our group. There are elevators to take you up, or down, both at Columbia Harbour House (lunch stop - upstairs seating area) and to access the utilidors. They took us on two attractions (Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion) and used a wheelchair accessible boat on the Jungle Cruise. One person opted not to ride Haunted Mansion because it would have difficult for him to get on the ride. I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem using an ECV. It was a great tour and I highly recommend it.
Natebenma- I usually use an ECV, issues with one of my legs, and I know that you've done a lot of the tours. Do you know if the Keys to the Kingdom tour allows ECV's? I'd love to see the utilidors!!!! I looked at the tour website and nothing was mentioned.
Do you remember seeing any wheel chairs or ECV's?
My schedule for August is crazy because of Jeanne and Lily being here and then me going there. So, here it is:
August Work Days (hours are 8:00 AM to 6:20 PM):
Sunday, August 4
Sunday, August 11
Sunday, August 18
Monday, August 19
Sunday, September 1
Monday, September 2
Hope I still get to meet everybody that is going to be there in August!!! Look for Princess Lily and family at SAB on August 5, 6, 7 and 8th!!
DH and I spent a few days the Hudson Valley and NYC. It was DH's first visit to NYC. As we were on the tour bus, riding thru Manhatten, I asked him what he thought. His reply, "I have to keep reminding myself it's real. My brain keeping thinking it's fake because I'm used to the fake one at Hollywood Studios.".
(to keep this post on topic: you can walk or take a boat from YC/BC to DHS to see the fake NYC!)
Lol! My most favorite part of Hollywood Studios is the WD subway station 18th St. in Brooklyn... that is actually a real stop only it's the F line!!! 4 blocks from my house! I make sure I always stop there for pics when in HS! During the holiday lights the elfs are heading down the steps.. Love it!

Our trip later this month is our first time to YC, so I don't know exactly how the entrance to SAB works, but I've read that every person in your party has to have their KTTW card to get in. Are they able to let you in with the Magicband instead now that the test has started, does anyone know? Thanks![]()

What a storm at BC tonight
Every time we have gone to SAB, the guards have had readers to check KTTW or Magic Bands. You should not need both.
Geesh, you go away for a week and look what happens! You have been a busy group!

True though I did not realize the KTTW card is waterproof.
