That's all the pics of the show, that's 64 pictures. Anyways a little aside, I was wondering if you printed them all out and flipped them like a cartoon would it be like watching it? HAHA

Here's the queue.

Since we were in such a hurry to make it, I didn't take pics of the stuff up front. I did it afterwards, here they are.

We loved this show. Of course we are both car kids. Anyways it's totally amasing to us. I will say there are probably better cars they could have used over the Opels, but GM owns Opel, so it makes sense. God it would be cool to have one of those cars. I was making jokes with Eric.. You pull up to a stop light next to a clan of crotch rockets and they turn to look to see what the bike is... AND IT'S A CAR! MUHAHAH! And then you smoke em cuz your mid-engined plastic car is lighter! HAHAH

I'm not gonna tell the secrets for those who haven't seen it, but Eric noticed that they run both Front Wheel Drive and Rear Wheel Drive. Later it was explained. But I'm not telling!

thanks for the great trip log. I'm really enjoying looking at your pictures and seeing your less then enthusiast boyfriends reactions to everything!

This is such a great trip report! You had me laughing out loud. Seriously.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful pictures. It looks and sounds like you guys had a great time....

The wings were like Christmas.

So so true!! I loved those wings and made my meal out of them instead of the meats on skewers which I only had a taste of, going back to the wings. They were just to die for and yours was a perfect discription :goodvibes .

It's so funny about my boyfriend. Other than the Magic Kingdom or when he was sick he had so much fun. But whenever I try to take a picture of him he just takes goofy pics. That's how it always is. HAHA

Thank you everyone! All your support is starting to persuade me to possibly plan a trip for next year.

Since we rushed to see Lights, Motors, Action I didn't take many pictures of the surrounding areas. So I decided we would walk and take pics on our way to Pizza Planet for lunch.

See the building in this picture? Well if you to to the left and down the stairs there is a barber shop. I guess, supposedly, the door is unlocked. :confused3 I told Eric that to see if he would go open the door. Instead all I got was "So? What's your point?" Stupid attitude! I was like, "You're supposed to be like, REALLY?!?!? And go try it." But noooo... Anyways, we never did find out if the door was unlocked. (More on stuff like this later!)

Onwards to lunch. As everyone knows there isn't many choices for counter service in the Disney Studios. My little sister told me we should eat at Pizza Planet because it was so good. I have heard mixed reviews about the place, but since I had always ate at the Backlot Express, I decided we'd try it.

It was a pretty long line, but it was about noon. I ordered a junkyard meal with a rice crispy treat and Eric ordered the pepperoni pizza meal (I can't remember if it is Buzz's or Woody's meal) with a sugar cookie. We were asked if we wanted the regular or large pops. I debated, ya know, trying to get it to be most expensive, but Eric just wanted a regular. This is probably the only meal I wish I had a larger drink! We got up to the pick up counter and waited, and waited, and waited..... I'm not sure how long. Like the entire line behind us got their food before us. Anyways, it turned out it was because of my pizza and everyone who ordered on had to wait. I don't understand why. They were popping out cheese and pepperoni pizzas like they were rabbits. What's worse is, do they tell us that our pizzas are taking longer for whatever reason (I don't care what the reason is, but you could at least tell me I had to wait). Anyways we got our food finally and picked up our salad dressings and silverware and headed upstairs to find a seat. There were a couple of seats open, we found one on the edge over looking the arcade. Total for the meal came to $26.14.

Now, I am going to make some comments I appologize if you don't like them, but it's something I noticed and it bothered me. The table next to us was a family (well for the time it was the mom with a baby and a child about 4 or 5). The mom was on her cell phone the entire time looking the opposite direction. Well the child kept walking back and forth along the railing looking down at the game room. He was not bothering Eric or I. Well the mom gets off one phone call and then screams at him to sit down. Which of course he doesn't. So she grabbed his arm and yanked him over to her side. Then picked up her phone again and started talking. The kid started walking back and forth again and she started screaming at him. Now he wasn't doing anything wrong. He wasn't going more than five feet away from her. And if she just turned around and watched him she would know he was ok. Now she wasn't on any business calls or anything, the second phone call she was on the phone with her husband who was ordering the food. I dunno... It just bothered me.

Anyways, my pizza was good. Garlic-y. Eric liked his. Once we got to the crust, I realized there wasn't much flavor to it. It's alright. The salad was just like any other salad I've had at home. I chose blue cheese dressing and I think Eric got ranch. (I'm very partial to the salads that you used to get at the Plaza Pavillion when it was a pizza shop before.) Anyways, I grabbed my rice crispy treat and put it in my purse to save for later.

When we went to leave, Eric wanted to leave the garbage tray right on the table. :furious: What was he thinking! Like it takes that much arm work to walk it to the garbage that is freakin 10 feet away!

lol. It only gets worse when you marry them. lol.
My best friend and I joke to each other that DH is "breathing today" just meaning that he's being himself and it's getting on my nerves. lol.

Well he's not really like that. Like no other place did he want to leave the garbage... he always takes care of his stuff at home.. it was the oddest thing to me.

Kristina: I have every intention of making them around the holidays and show everyone at home what I mean. They think I am nuts! I am definately planning on going back to 'Ohana on future trips because of those wings.

I'm really curious about the door that was supposed to be open, what's that about is it like a secret or something? You must tell because I have to know all the Disney secrets :goodvibes !
I want to try the Pizza Planet this trip, and I didn't even know there was an arcade in there! The pizza doesn't even have to be great either, because here where I live they make it different from back home (California :goodvibes ) and although it is really good, well I bout died when I had the pizza at the place inside Disney Quest in 2004. American Pizza , it must be some sort of spice that is different that reminds me of home. Like Christmas, I swear I'm going to use that saying from now on, when something is just tastes gorgeous :cloud9:!

Thanks for the MGM pics, I just love the place, again because it reminds me of home with the buildings that are copies of places I grew up around :goodvibes.

I don't actually know anything about the door being unlocked.... I saw a picture once... many months ago.. lemme see if I can find it.

I have determined the pic I had saw about the Barber shop must be in the Disney Pic of the Day thread.. and I don't have the energy to look through over 600 pages pf pics.

I am sorry.

If you can make it through a vacation without killing each other, you just might have a chance of staying together! I'm loving your pictures so far. They aren't bad at all. Over half of ours were ruined by bad cameras or processing???? Your trip pictures look so much like our trip that my daughter asked if they were our pictures. :lmao:

Oh, and I had to call them back in here when I read that part about the two little girls riding in front of the monorail with you. My daughters rode up front with me behind on one trip but they said the young couple they rode with were in fancy dress! So close, but not you. That would have been very funny. :teeth:

Great report and I'm waiting for more. :goodvibes

I'm not sure if my snapshot camera is better than my digital. But I decided that a digital camera has a lot more logical. When you use the little screen it acts as a SLR (the pic in the screen is the pic you are taking, where is in a snapshot camera what you see in a the view finder is a little off from what the pic will be, kinda hard to explain). Anyways, also if you take a bad picture with a digi you can automatically delete it and reuse that space. Where as on a snap shot you don't know if it was bad or not.

I think many of my blurry pics could have come out better if I had used the flash, but there were many times I used the flash and the pics didn't come out at all, so I rarely used it.

Anyways, it would have been funny if those were your daughters! LOL
