Ok Im starting to get ticked off here. I called the mail order number a month or so ago to order a Pirates of teh caribbean pin. They were sold out. That's not suprising, its a LE after all.

But today on Ebay, I realized that one lister was selling like his fourth of this pin for $25 and someone else was selling at least their second.

Anyone else find it maddening that someone can scoopin up large quantities of a LE at WDW and auction them for a huge premium?

Maddening, but it can and will happen.
And sometimes I see others trash a seller who has listed a pin at a reseanable price. And then bidders drive up the cost.
I don't know that is the case here, but I can't say all the blame lays at the foot of the sellers. If people didn't pay those prices, there wouldn't be this situation.
But I get your point. I have been at WDW just a day or so after a pin sells out. But go to a pin meet and numerous people have that same pin 12 - 24 times in their bag. No wonder they sell out.
With pin collecting and trading you just have to realize you won't always get the pin you want. But sometimes when you least expect it, you have the opportunity. :)
I am always frustrated that as an AP holder I can only buy the AP pins when I am at WDW. :p I have griped to Disney about that. Sure has done me a lot of good. ;)
