Sorry I dont' know where to ask this question:

how do I get stains off the underarm area of my daughter's white school shirts? I think they are more from the antiperspirant/deodorant.....

Does anyone know what products might work, it's only the second week of school and already she wants new shirts!

Thanks for any help or direction.

I seem to remember something about ammonia removing those stains. Maybe soak the shirts a bit then wash as usual.

I'm the cheerleading coach and dug up the cheerleading uniforms from the school basement. Some of the uniform tops have some bad sweat stains on them and don't know how to get those out ... so I'd love some help in that direction, too!

1 cup CLOROX 2 COLOR SAFE BLEACH and 1 cup CASCADE POWDER DISWASHER DETERGENT. Mix this with HOT water - make sure it's dissolved - add the clothes then let soak overnight and wash as usual. Trust me - works wonders!

This got 5 year old formula stains out of all of my newborn clothing. You can do this with colored clothes too - just try not to mix colored with whites and make sure everything is dissolved.

GOOD LUCK :)

ETA - Must be the two brands and types above and YES it's the powder detergent that goes into your dishwasher.

You might try OxyClean. Another option is Simply Green. It gets stains out of everything....from blood to baby messes. :)

Any of the "Oxy" sprays (OxyClean, OxyMagic) will do it. I use these on my DH's dress shirts. He perspires quite a bit and it takes out the discoloration and the odor. Leaves them fresh smelling.

A few weeks ago, I bought the new Dual Cleaner stain remover from Spray 'n Wash. It's got both an oygen type cleaner and the regular Spray n Wash stuff. I LOVE it! I'm on my second bottle. This stuff takes out CHOCOLATE. I've NEVER been able to get out chocolate. I also had found a couple pairs of DD's NEW pants in the hamper with MILDEW. Yes, after about 3-4 washings with this stuff it came OUT..all the way! Maybe you all know something about these stains I don't, but this is first stuff I've had to get out chocolate and mildew. Amazing.

Okay Help with the exploding pen!! I will try everything. Have tried hairspray and isopropel alcohol. Worked on some stains. Any other great ideas!

oh and I have some old lipstick stains too that I would love to get those out too.

See my post above - that literally gets anything out - even pen.

I've used Spray N Wash stain stick to even get out stains that have gone through the dryer. Works MIRACLES.
