We hated the old breakfast as we found the food, location and character interaction to be some of the worst on property. For this reason, we decided to try the new breakfast in May after it switched to Tusker House, as we always loved TH. I am happy to report that it was awesome! So much more improved over the old breakfast - great food, fab service and fantastic characters. They do a little dance and get the kids involved with African instruments - I highly recommend it!

Thanks so much, worried about this because I have not seen alot posted about it. Which characters are there? I read the menu and I didn't see any pancakes or waffles on it (my DD does not enjoy eggs ).

We actually loved the old location. We will be trying it at TH in a few weeks .

We loved it! The character interaction was terrific! The food was delicious! We also had wonderful service. I would not hesitate to go back.

The character's that were there when we went this past Jan. were: Donald, Daisy, Mickey, and Goofy. ( I also think Minnie was there, but forgive me..right now I am having a brain freeze..lol)

we recently dined there for breakfast, one of the best resturant we ate at.

yes there are waffles, mickey shaped ones!!!!

there's you normal breakfast stuff, and then there african styled food to try as well, plus you got all the characters. its a really great breakfast choice, plus if you get an 8am ADR you get then pop straight on out to the sarafri with hardly any wait!!!

We had Donald's Safari Breakfast last March. It is one of the best character breakfasts at WDW. The food was wonderful! DSB and 1900 PF, IMO, have the best breakfasts by far.

We loved the old location @Resturantasarus (May 2007) and the new location @Tusker House (December 2007!) Going back next month!

I really liked the "trailer" location of the Donald's Safari breakfast... I can't wait to see it inside of Tusker House on this trip.

I guess my return question is, what specifically do you want to know? You asked a VERY broad question.

Are you asking about service, food (quality/quantity), theming... the list goes on and on.

Or, do you truly just want to know if anyone has ever been there?

Haven't read too much about it, so I was curious if there were many that attended it.
And I did ask about the characters and food after someone responded

but YES noahdov I would love to see pictures! That would be fabulous!
We were excited to get an early start at Kilimanjaro Safaris because our ADR is 8:05

We did the Safari ride after breakfast and if we had a 10-15 minute wait I think I would be stretching it...our ressie for breakfast was 8:15....Enjoy the magic. I still can't get my pictures to post....I am such a blunder head

We loved TH . My only complain was that we waited 50 minutes to get our table. We had a 10:00 reservation and they didn't get us in until 10:50 . I understand that things happen, but 50 minutes is more than a bit excessive. That being said...the food, theming, and service were all great. We'd go again.

Hi,
We ate here on Aug 16 and really loved it. The food was really good and I thought the cheese blintzes were great. The characters were fun and we didn't feel rushed. We would go back again!!

We've eaten at the old location 3 years in a row and have loved it. It's one of the best breakfasts, in my opinion. The atmosphere is great and so is the character interaction.
