Donald's Safari Breakfast question

Hi! I just made an ADR for Donald's Safari Breakfast for our vacation in December. We have 3 boys - 5yo, 3yo, and 5mo. The CM told me they only had openings for 4 (but had anytime available) not 5 so the baby will have to sit on my lap. I went ahead and booked it, although I'd rather enjoy my $20 meal and be able to easily take pics of the older boys with characters. Does anyone know if they have slings or something to sit the infant carrier in? Or will he have to sit on my lap? I was also considering the character breakfast at Cape May. Would this be a better choice for all of us? Thanks!!

I am sorry to say that I am not sure if they have either of those. I can say that we did the Breakfast and this was the one and only thing we really can say we would probably not do again.

We have three kids but they are a little older. DD5 DD8 nad DS16. Still it was 'stressful' to walk up to the buffet... not to miss the characters as they come around... eat, get pics and autographs. Not that it isn't that way at other meals ... just seemed like this was different.

I hope you hear from someone that can really help you, I cannot imagine how I would have gotten everything done with a little one on my lap. Maybe others will be able to share wisdom. Good Luck!

We were there with a high chair this summer!

Thanks! I'm just not sure if he'll be able to sit up well enough by then for a high chair. I hope so!

They do have high chairs. I would call back and ask if maybe a table for 6 would solve the problem if they don't have tables for 5. I would pretty much bet you will be given a high chair either way.

This is my families favorite sit down breakfast at WDW. I know others dislike it but this is the only must have breakfast when we got to Disney.

I know that Donalds Breakfastasaurus had high chairs and boosters.

What you have booked is the new Donald's Breakfast Safari at Tusker House, right? That is a brand new character meal beginning mid November.

Not sure how that is going to be set up or what seating arrangements they will have but I can't imagine that they won't be willing and able to accomodate you. Just request a high chair when you check in for your meal and you'll be fine.

Have a wonderful time and be sure to let us know how you liked the meal!

Yes, it's the new one at Tusker house. I guess I need to start working with the baby on sitting up so he can use a high chair.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I blieve they use the wooden high chairs that can be turned upside down to fit an infant carrier?
