Donald's Safari Breakfast ADRs

Finally a decent character breakfast at AK. I never really liked the Restaurantosaurus breakfast. This one sounds like it will be alot better. I've gotten tired of Rainforest Cafe for lunch every time we visit AK. I can't wait to secure an ADR for our upcoming trip. Let the waiting begin.

I find it a little interesting that not only is Tusker house becoming a TS but that they are adding the Yak and Yeti as well. Sorry I missed out on Tusker as a CS though!

We REALLY liked Tusker House for CS lunch. We are HOPING to try it for breakfast with some friends in December. I thought the old Donald's breakfast was OK, so I am sure I'll like the new one just as well or better.

It's converting from a quick service restaurant to a buffet-style restaurant. Different food, hopefully, with a new look which is better than what it was before. Lets see what the remodel looks like so we can have a better idea of what it has been converted to. I can't wait to get my ADR's in for this new character breakfast.

I think she was talking about Donald's which is basically just changing location, although they are replacing Pluto with Daisy .

There are going to be 2 Character breakfasts at Animal Kingdom
Donald's at Tusker House
and one at the Yak & Yeti
that's what a CM told me
the one at the Y&Y will be characters like Meeko, Baloo, Timon, Rifiki, and King Louie.

OMG thats great! I was planning for Donalds, but the other sounds fantastic - just hope they're both up and running in Dec and I'll just have to squeeze time for ANOTHER character meal

Yak and Yeti will be both a TS and a CS and a shopping area. at least that's what I last heard. Has this changed?

Disney really wants to make Animal Kingdom a full day park, and by adding TS people will spend more time in the park. I think they need to add more rides that'll be open in the evening.
