Donald's Defiant Dashers Team Challenge

OK...so I'm confused...If I report for week of 4/25, and only count through 4/20...then where in the spreadsheet would 5/1 (and 5/2) go?

So, I'm going to report like usual...through the Thursday, which will throw 5/1 into the end of April, which should be fine, because I pretty much rested for 3 days this week anyway. It'll all come out fine in the end.

Hours/miles to follow, after I count them. :goodvibes

OK...let's see what I did last week.

Swim: 2.2/1:30
Exercise bike: 24.8/1:30
Bike: 24.0/1:30
Water run: 2:55
Weights: :40

Totals: 51.0 miles/8:05 hours

Next week will be better... did a long bike ride today, but I'm counting Fri-Thurs. as my weeks.

Happy weekend!

Triple D's How is everyone doing? I will start off by saying Welcome Back to Erica!! I am sorry that you have been going thru a tough time. I sincerely hope it gets better for you soon!

Now, for my numbers:

Miles: 125 miles
Total time of cardio and workout: 13 hours

I am starting to put more focus than I have been on my weight training and ab workouts. I have been given a new workout to try to jump start my results. I am hoping for the best.

I will keep you all up to date. You are all doing wonderfully!!!:cheer2:

Sorry about posting late!

miles: 68
hours:14

back to work so it's hard to put in the triple digits,
but did manage bike/wog/abs/pilates and core time:thumbsup2

Keep up the good work team:banana:

I'm checking in, even though I was resting. Everyone who had coached me up for the 1/2 last week told me to take a week off. In the morning, I'll get up and run an easy 3. Great job on the mileage, team. Keep it up!

For times over 24 hours, the "time entry" column will only allow up to 23:59:59. However, in the "time calc" column I was able to plug in your correct total time.

Sorry for the late post. My totals for last week are:

Race: 13.11 Miles (Doubled to 26.22) 88:33 Minutes
Running: 5.90 Miles 38:00 Minutes
Weights: 90:00 Minutes
Biking: 10.8 Miles 59:28 Minutes

Is that for a week? Or a month?

Just curious who you were referring to!

How's it going, big guy?:goodvibes

Aww...Big Vic...I am such a doofus! I was still looking at the old spreadsheet! I'm behind the times! That's why I was confused about making my weeks match up, too!

I'll get with the program....maybe it's the carb depletion I am experiencing...:lmao:

hugs!

I guess I'm really behind the times!
Where's the new spreadsheet?

I guess I am late this week, so I will offer my apologies to the Big Man and hope he is forgiving. :rolleyes1

I did 10 miles in 125 minutes while taking it easy for the Minnie this week.

Bill

I apologize as I am behind 2 weeks. I don't have my totals with me but will post when I get home (that is if I remember!! LOL) I am glad I get double miles for the 15k since I only have done 4.5 since the Minnie. But then again it would have been a big milage week anyway with out the doubling since I have never gone 9 miles at once before!!

Tricia, I missed seeing you at the 15K! Maybe we'll get to meet at another WDW event sometime. I am so glad I did this event as my first event, I loved running through MGM and Epcot; it made the time and distance go by much faster. I planned on walking, but really got caught up in the excitement and kept breaking into a jog. As a consequence I did my best ever, 9.3 miles in just a 12.something pace and that included taking pics along the way, a potty break, etc. I know that's not fast for runners, but for me that was flying.
My totals for this past week:
9.3 doubled = 18.6 miles 1 hr. 55 minutes
2 miles tm 30 minutes
7 miles bike 30 minutes
Totals 27.6 miles 175 minutes

:cheer2: Triple D's Rock!:

Good job, SamSam!!

My totals for the week:
110.2 miles /12:40 hours...now that's a good training week! :thumbsup2

Breakdown:
Swim: 2.4 miles/ 2:00
Bike: 104.2 miles (on a real bike, not that dang gym bike!)/ 6:45
Run: 3.6 miles/ :45
Elliptical: 1.2 miles/ :20
Water run: 1:15
Weights: 1:35

Hip flexor seems to be getting better...(knock on wood)
Sprint tri in the morning.

Cheers!

Triple D's It is looking like this team has had a great week. Very, Very exciting!!!

Betsy Congrats on the 110 miles. That is fantastic. It is making me want to go back to the gym to get a couple more miles in. I know I could do another hour easily.

My totals are a little lower than I had hoped. I was planning on going to the gym today and do straight cardio. I had a goal of 40 miles for today. If I had done that, it would have given me 150 miles for the week. But I took the excuse train and came home. I have been feeling very lethargic and tired all day so I thought it best to come home and rest up for another day.

So my totals are:

Miles: 110 (Bike and Elliptical)
Hours: 12

Good news is that I have found a race that I am going to do in August that will be for the Cancer Society. I will let you know more as we get closer.

Have a great weekend and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! to anyone that qualifies for that blessing!:cheer2: :grouphug:

Sorry I didn't get to meet you either this past weekend. You did great in your first event. I agree the running through the parks make it go so much quicker and funner. You did great for planning on walking - I planned on running more but for now I am just focusing on getting the distance finished.

As for my miles and times the past 2 weeks -

Week of 4/25-5/1
11 miles 140 mins (2hrs 40mins)

Week of 5/2-5/8
23.1 (9.3 miles doubled - 18.6 and 4.5 mile walk) 149 minutes (2hrs 49mins)

I am also behind two weeks! Whoops! Right now I only have a second - I am checking in before I go off to manage an event for the weekend.

I will post my miles/hours for the past 2 weeks on Monday. Sorry for the delay.
