Looking at doing a character meal that has Donald Duck. Which do you prefer Cape May or Donalds Breakfastsaurus?

Donald's Breakfastosaurus has been discontinued. The character breakfast at AK is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House (yep, still with Donald).

Wanted to be sure you were looking at the right breakfast, but I have never been to either one.

dont think donald is at cape may.

Does anyone have pics of the Breakfast at Tusker House - what characters is there usually? I really want to have breakfast with Daisy.

Looked it up - Donald has been at Cape May since October, with Goofy and Minnie. He replaced Chip & Dale.

Character list for Chef Mickey's says Mickey, Chip & Dale, and Goofy. I remember seeing Pluto and Minnie there in 2004. Don't remember Donald being there.

Daisy is listed at Tusker House. Also Donald, Goofy and Mickey.

We enjoyed Tusker House more than Cape May.
Much better Character Interaction.
The have instruments and the kids march around and
dance with the Characters.

Cape May Cafe - Beach Club Buffet breakfast is served here every morning. Goofy, Minnie, and Donald are on hand and the meal is served buffet-style. Offerings include eggs, pancakes, meats, breads, fresh fruit and more.

Tusker House - The Animal Kingdom features a character breakfast, called Donald's Safari Breakfast located at the Tusker House in Africa. Characters include Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Mickey. All you can eat buffet from 8:00am - 10:30am.

Yes he is. He replaced Chip and Dale there.

I don't think so either. He is at Chef Mickey.

He is at both.

The characters are Mickey, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy:

CAPE MAY!!! (Can you tell I love it?) This is my absolute favorite breakfast at WDW. The food is delicious and it is so fun to see the characters in their swimsuits.

We weren't happy at all with our experience at Tusker House in Sept. We had a late ADR - 10:20. We weren't seated until 11. When we were seated, it was obvious they were trying to wind down from breakfast. The characters were all very rushed and we had a hard time getting food because they were coming around so quickly we were afraid we would miss one. They actually cleared breakfast and brought out lunch while we were there (and we weren't the last ones still dining). It was very disappointing.

We enjoyed Cape May and found it to be pretty laid back and with good character interaction.

Have fun!

I second or third the selection of Cape May.... The food was easier to get to, the characters spent more time with us and even came back a few times, and the Tusker house did seem to rush you in and out and was way to congested...

Plus you get to explore the Beach Club Resort afterwards.....

We haven't been to Cape May, but we really liked Tusker House. We had great character interaction (Daisy has a parade with the kids) and the CM's did a great job of letting people at the buffet know when the characters were coming. I wonder if the key is getting an early ADR. We ate at TH at 8:15 and had a wonderful, relaxing time. We ate at 1900 Park Fare at 10:45 and it felt very unorganized and rushed.

Tusker House was a great character breakfast. We saw each character multiple times and the food was wonderful.

We are going to both when we go this trip. Excited because we have not been to either one of them. Right now Chef Mickey's is my favorite but we will see after this trip we have about four new ones to try

Including dinner at Chef Mickey's these to TH and CM and we are doing the breakfast with Lilo and Stitch also

Anyone have anything on that one ?

In October we went to both places for breakfast. They both have a decent buffet of hot foods, fruits and pastry/cereals. I thought Cape May had a larger selection of pastries/cereals. The atmosphere at Cape May is very colorful, casual, and the 3 characters wear beach attire. Tusker is decorated more like a safari with darker wood tables and the 4 characters wear beige safari clothes and hats.

Just need to decide which characters you like better (Donald/Minnie/Goofy) or (Mickey/Goofy/Daisy/Donald). Tusker is the only meal where you can see Daisy Duck. Tusker is nice if you are planning a day at AK.

If I was forced to only pick one of them, I'd have to pick Cape May. Only because they are in beach attire and you can't get that anywhere else. You can go to AK at Camp Mickey/Minnie and get pictures of Mickey/Minnie/Goofy in safari clothes.

Here are some pictures of the characters at Cape May Cafe:
