Dolphin Swim VS Dolphin Encounter?

Has anyone done both the Dolphin Swim and the Dolphin Encounter Excursions from Nassau? I am cruising for the first time on the 9/14 Wonder and trying to decide which to do. Thanks!

We did the Dolphin Swim in Ocho Rios and had a blast. It is fairly structured and you don't get unlimited time with the animals...but it seemed that we got alot more interaction than the "encounter" folks.

We were able to:
- stroke/pet (?) the dolphins
- dance with them (who were TONS better than the humans!)
- play superman (the dolphins pushed us up & across the water)
- fin pull
- watch them do various "tricks" like wave, jump thru a hoop, etc

I know this wasn't about Nassau, but hopefully it helps a little!

Thanks for the info! I think I have decided I would rather do the Dolphin Swim at Blue Lagoon Island. I'm just nervous because I would be booking it on my own and not through Disney. Therefore, I would not get a refund if it were cancelled and I would be responsible for my own transportation there and back. Any one have any other tips/advice? Thanks!
