Dolphin ressie myself VS. DreamsUlimited

What are the advantages of doing our reservations through Dreams Unlimited v. getting reservations at the Dolphin myself? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated!!

One of the perks I like with DreamsUnlimited is the Priority Seating service. Once you have a reservation with them, you are able to choose your PS' online, and they handle booking it for you. We got all the PS' we asked for, yes, even breakfast with the princesses at both CRT and PSB.

Okay. I admit it. I have used DU and instead of waiting for my agent to get back to me with my requested PS's, I've called myself and booked my own. Wow...got that off my chest. So, after doing this several times, I've had to call WDW back and cancel mine since DU has always gotten me the times I really wanted. This is a great service. If I could figure out a way to use DU for my future trips to BWV as a DVC owner, I would use them. And the tips/suggestions that they send out to you are wonderful. I thought I pretty much knew the in's and out's after being on these boards. But, DU had some new, at least to me, tips for viewing parades etc. I just love 'em.

I just tranferred my reservations that I booked on my own with a AAA rate over to DU. I have been a bit hesitant about doing so since I have booked many trips on my own with never any problems. My reasoning has come down to a couple of points....I really feel that DU will have an edge on getting an AP discount if/when they become available. With so many of us here on the internet all calling CRO at the same time or heaven forbid I am working the day the discounts are released, I think having a agent doing this for me is a huge plus. And I also felt very strongly about using DU since it helps support these boards which is a constant source of help and fun for me. I am just in the beginning of this whole process so I'll let everyone know my experience.
