Dolphin Concierge or CR-Wing ??

I don't know what to do!!!? Family of 5, we have 3 kids 6, 8, 9. ( First time staying at DLX.) Should we stay CR-garden wing with mono-rail, chef mickey, Electric Water Pagent...or....Dolphin Club Level with perks? Which would be better for us? Price is about the same. Wondering about pools and "food court" type meals? Will visit MK, MGM, AK & TL.....I'm soooo confused.

I would go with the Dolphin (CL) with a family of 5, just on breakfast alone, you will save a lot of money. If it was a tower room at CR then It would be a harder decision, but since it's a garden rooms - which in my opinion are nothing special. I'd say choose the Dolphin. At the Dolphin you will be in walking distance to 2 parks, miniature golf, 4 other resorts, the boardwalk, and countless dinining and recreational options. The monorail is nice at the CR, but you could always walk to epcot and take the monorail from there as well.

THe grotto pool at the Dolphin is much more fun, and better themed than the CR.

The Dolphin also has a 24hr caffeteria inside the hotel. The boat ride from Dolphin to MGM and EPCOT is REALLY nice.

Having stayed at both, I agree with wdw2000. The garden wings are okay - Tower room would be better. CL at the Dolphin is awesome! Go Dolphin!

I think thats what we'll do....I guess I just have a hard time letting go of the monorail. But I think pool and extras would be worth it.
