Dollar rental car?

Hi everyone,

I just found a great code for Dollar thru BJ's for 2/13-2/15 for RSW (Ft. Myers), it seems a little too good to be true, $39 a day when everyone else is over $100.

Any reviews, experiences w/Dollar?

I've used Dollar quite a bit but not from Ft Myers.
I have used Dollar in Reno, Las Vegas, Orlando (on several occasions) and also once in Maui. I haven't had any problems with them and they often have some of the lower rates.

Thanks! I ended up getting a last minute special to go from National that was even cheaper. And I have rented form them before, so I felt good about using them.

Hi there! I am getting an economy car at dollar for $30.50 a day July/Aug. That is with tax and everything in I have already booked it

Back before ME, we always used Dollar with no problems.

Yes, I was just checking rates for Feb -- Dollar was by far the cheapest

Certainly! I didn't use a code, but I went to their "Specials to Go" page on the website. From there I went to Last Minute Travel Deals, and that's where they list rentals at airports all over the US and their reduced rate for a certain time period. So, I got a mid-size car for $23.95 per day -- all in with taxes and such it's $63.91 for two days (noon on Friday to noon on Sunday).

Yesterday morning, the specials were good thru Feb. 10th, but by early evening, it had been updated and were good thru Feb. 17th.
