Doing Palos solo?

I just was wondering if anyone has gone alone? Was it worth it? I'm a single mom and I'm was wondering if Palo's is a can't miss or I should just enjoy meals with DD?

Also, I know that there are singles meets onboard, if I wait to see I meet some dining buddies, does Palos ressies fill up?

It is a must! I'm a single mom also, but we so far have broughten my parents with. I would recommend going the first night where you can socialize more with your server. The food is soooo good!

I'm not gonna miss out on an awsome Chocolate Souffle just because my high standards for a partner can't be met!LOL
