Doing discovery cove May 2011 - when to book?

Hey all,

Doing discovery cove for our honeymoon in May next year, but when should I book?

On the one side I don't want it to sell out but on the other side I wonder if they will do another deal like they are doing up to the end of this year which is a big discount if you pay with Amex card

What does everyone think?

I would book whenever you see an offer, if no offers book when you see dates filling up and you have to book.
