Dog/Cat Tags

I am so disappointed. When we were in WDW in October 2004, my mom had bought 2 Tinkerbell charms for her dogs' collars and I had bought a Mickey Mouse Charm (with the fake diamonds) for my dog's collar. Well, after having the charms on or about a week or so, Tinkerbell's legs fell off and I looked at my dog's charm the other night and noticed that all of the little fake diamonds had fallen off. I am really upset. I don't remember how much we paid for them. But, nothing in WDW is cheap. I just wanted to write this to keep people aware. Have a good day.

I got my daughter the most adorable Tinkerbell necklace and about a month after we got home, her wings fell off.

Tink must not be a very hearty little thing!

Definately contact WDW. I e-mailed them last month regarding a monorail toy we bought for our children. They both broke within an hour of each other and our kids were hearbroken. We received replacements yesterday free of charge from Disney. Excellent customer service.

I bought Mickey earrings with fake stones as the face and ears. Before I even wore them, the stone fell out. That time I didn't call. I bought two Italian Charm links. One for me and the other for my mom for her birthday. These also had the Mickey with fake stones. Both of our links had the same stone (left ear I think) come out. I called and they sent me two more, free of charge, and the same stone fell out on both again. I haven't had the best luck with Disney stuff (regardless of how much I spend on it), but they are always friendly and helpful when I call. Just call and tell them what happened.

I would just like to say thank you very much. I just got an email from WDW saying that I will receive replacement tags within 20 days via UPS. I just figured I would have to throw the tags out and lose the $$ on them. They were wonderful. Thank you so much for your recommendations. Have a great day!!!

They are $6. I have a few of them and they have lasted just fine.
