Dog Bully Sticks for Really Cheap

The fastest way to get a good resonse from Amazon, in my experience, is to go to your Orders page and click the "File/View claim button" for the order in question. I never have good luck with chat or phone support, but every claim i've filed has been taken care of within 24 hours.

I'm pretty sure they outsource the phone/chat to regular people working from home, not in a huge call center, so their ability to get things done isn't nearly as effective as the people who handle the claims.
 
Mine are scheduled for UPS delivery today or maybe tomorrow....

I had previously sent an email to Petco via Amazon Contact Seller. They responded back yesterday with this response -

There has been an Amazon description error regarding the item that you purchased. The item is only offered as one piece per order and not by bulk of 25 as shown in Amazon's website. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. This issue has been raised to Amazon and the product description page will be corrected.

To rectify the issue, we are willing to issue a refund for the items and you may just keep them. Would that be fine?


Of course, I was secretly hoping that I would be getting 6 boxes of 25 - but I will keep the 6 and get my money back.
 
Well, I received my 2 sticks today and immediately contacted Amazon by chat to have it taken care of. Grrr…she said that they had to forward an email to Pet Co first and give them 2 days to respond.
I told her that I had friends that had ordered them and Amazon was taking care of the refund process.
She said I had to go this route. :confused3
Waiting once again…this time to hear from Pet Co, I guess.

Well be prepared to wait the 2 days and a extra week for the "claims dept" to decide to issue you a refund. I'm going through this exact same thing with them. First they said wait the 2 days to get the refund now it's turned into another week. What a joke!

Great! Maybe I will just file a claim with Amazon and not fool with Pet Co…if I can.
 

My order was delivered Friday, early afternoon. Later that afternoon/evening I went through the "File/View Claim" button on my order page at Amazon. I had a response from Petco on Saturday apologizing for the error and stating they were giving me a full refund.

I received another e-mail from Petco yesterday morning saying they had processed my refund and I received an e-mail from Amazon saying a refund had been processed.

So while I really would have preferred the 5 packs of 25, I guess I can't complain. The process worked really quick and smoothly.
 
I'm not sure why people are having problems. I filed a claim, got my credit 1-2 days later, and I spent the credit via Amazon.

My dog ate 6 of the 7 bully sticks already. I wish I would have ordered more.

I am not sure why I am having a hard time either. I filed my claim on the 6th and still haven't heard back from Pet Co. Guess I will contact amazon again today. They said to give them 2 days.

Did you submit it by chat, or did you use the File a Claim option from your Amazon orders page?

I chatted with the Amazon person and then she submitted the claim to Pet Co and sent me a copy of the email. If I click on "view or file claim" then I can see the emails to Pet Co.
