I assume this must be a mistaken price because every other website has them for a much higher price. I found these on Amazon when I was looking for dog treats. I bought 7 cases:woohoo: I would buy more but I'm not sure if they rot:confused3 They are marked down from $88 to $3.59. Other sites have them for around $50 so I seems like an amazing deal. Even with $6 shipping it's an awesome deal.

I bought 2 packages, because I couldn't find anywhere on the page where it said how big they are. Bully sticks come in all different sizes, and I'm wondering if these are very tiny? Anyone else find a size?

Thanks! I ordered 2 boxes. My daughter has a Goldendoodle that loves rawhides so I am trying these for her. Hopefully they are not teeny and she will like them:thumbsup2

Does Petco actually sell on Amazon? This has scam written all over it in my mind.

A 25 pack of bully sticks for 3.95 is one of those too good to be true things for me and I would doubt their expiration date or where they were manufactured for that price.

The one from one person who has made a single review (on 9/24/14) for a product that was just marked down yesterday?

Yes because it was still usually being sold for $5. It seems this is one of those Amazon glitches where the price for an individual is coming up on the pack description. It happens from time to time especially now that several buys can sell under one posting now.

The reviews even can be for different sellers as it is now done by product first and broken down into seller in advance searches.

I still see no harm in placing an order. If the price is wrong and Amazon chooses not to honor the error, I doubt they'll send 1 bully stick when the purchaser clearly thought the'd get 25. They'll just cancel the order, no harm done.

And sometimes Amazon DOES mark things down 95% off, so it's not unheard of. Or, sometimes companies honor pricing errors.

My larger concern is that these bully sticks are made in Paraguay, or I would order a few cases.

They are made in Paraguay; it's in the Questions and Answers section.

That's my concern, too. Amazon customer service is very good. If the listing is an error, they would most likely tell the customer to keep the bully stick and either issue an Amazon credit or refund the money. It wouldn't be worth the cost of issuing a return.

However, I'm very reluctant to give my dogs food that was manufactured in another country where the quality control is not as stringent as it is here. I used to give them Dr. Dentley's rawhide flips from PetSmart until both dogs vomited after eating them one evening. It turns out that the flips were manufactured in China. No more Dr. Dentley's for my pups! I make my own sweet potato chews for them now.

I ordered 6 packs. The Amazon page says this item is discontinued by the manufacturer, and each item weighs 2.2 pounds....do not believe I will be receiving 6 chews----I expect a big box with 150 of them! All the dogs in our family will be very excited.

Thanks to the OP for putting this great deal out there! :goodvibes

I'm 99% certain you will receive one, not a box of 25.

If this were Amazon directly and you only ordered one, they'd refund your money and let you keep the item when you contact them with your complaint. But this is a third party through Amazon. So, they'll probably offer a refund after you ship the item back. This type of mistake is just a huge headache. You will not come out ahead.

Also, a "bully stick" is not rawhide. It's made from a very specific muscle that only bulls (males) have.
