Does you dh wear his wedding ring all the time?

My husband wears his all the time.

When my grandfather became very sick, had lost a lot of weight, his ring got so big that it sarted to bother him (sliding off, rolling around on his finger, etc). We had to tape it on his finger because after 60 years of wearing it he wouldn't take it off. sweet.

I wear mine 24/7...on the other hand, dh never wears his except for special occassions and we are married almost 20 years.

Never. He can't wear it at work so just stopped wearing it altogether about 10 years ago when he got his current job. No problem with me.

My DH never wears one. In fact he never even got one. He said he wasn't going to wear it so why waste the money buying one.

We both wear our wedding bands/rings all day, everyday. I only take mine off to clean them in jewely cleaner. Dear Husband has never taken his bands off, despite welding himself to a racecar chassis. Needless to say, he was and is way more carefule now when welding! Actually he has only taken his off once or twice,just to read the inscription on the inside of the band. But immediatly put it right back on. It will be 10 years in September.

My father never wore his wedding band so when I was about to get married, he gave it to me. Now my dh wears it, every day.

Dh doesn't wear one. He works in construction and it can be dangerous. He will wear it when we're on vacation or for special occasions.

DH wears his rings at all times. Once, he lost his ring. He was so upset we went to the mall and bought him a new one...of course he found the "real" ring on the way home from the mall (it was under a seat in the car)...so now he also has a spare.

I always wear my wedding band, I take my engagement ring off when I get home so that I don't cut the kids or DH with the diamond which really sticks up pretty high from the ring.

Mine does too, although since he has lost some weight since our ceremony last summer, it keeps sliding off his finger. We thought we lost it once, in our bedroom, as that was the last place he remembered having it, but we found it pretty quickly. For me, I have both my wedding ring and engagement ring on my ring finger, and they seem to stay on pretty well, even though they are a little bit loose, and my fingers are smaller than average-size fingers.

I just asked dh - he says the only time he takes it off is sometimes when he washes his hands (and there is something underneath it) - but he doesn't take it off normally - he wears it all the time.

I, on the other hand, haven't worn my rings (engagement, wrap, and wedding band) since I got pregnant with our daughter (like 3 1/2 years ago). They don't fit. And, I hesitate to get them resized, since I have already had them resized once after I had my son.

I probably will soon though....

Well its like this my hubby is a farmer so he could get caught on all types of things so we decided that it was ok not to wear it ..We both got inexpensive ones ..He wore his, his first day back to work after we eloped and he lost it not even 24 hrs ...He wanted to show off we got married ..But he lost it ...Never did find it ..I bought him a really inexpensive one and he only wears it when we go out or something he dresses up to .
.If he wouldnt wear it much i wouldnt spend a whole lot on it ...Shame to sit on a ring stand after you put alot of effort into it ...

DH can not wear his to work so he wears it just on the week-end. It is really sweet because he always brings it to me to put back on. I NEVER take mine off. For a while it was too tight to come off but now it can come off but I do not take it off.

DH wears his 24/7. He lost his first one- throwing the football around in the front yard. We think our friends' dog must have eaten it, lol!

I bought him a replacement and told him if he lost it, I'd have the next one inserted through his nose like a bull . Must have scared him, because he never takes it off.

I usually always wear my engagement and wedding rings, but have not been wearing the engagement ring for a few months. I noticed that one of the prongs was damaged, and I was afraid the diamond would fall out if I continued to wear it. I really need to get it to a jewelry repair place- I miss seeing it.

When we go on vacation, I wear a cheap QVC Diamonique set- I don't want to lose the real things in the ocean, on the road, or at WDW!!

Neither of us have taken our wedding rings off. It's been 15 years. Of course, we can't because they are celtic knotwork puzzle rings and would fall apart! It would take me a year to get mine back together!

Just a little informal poll I'm taking here.

My dh only wears his wedding ring for special ocassions, like something you get dressed up for. He says his cue is if I put on pantyhose, its a dress-up ocassion
