Does wegoshop ever answer their email?

Hi everyone,

Since I heard so many good things about wegoshop on this board, we decided to try them on our trip to BWV next Friday! However, even though I already set up a delivery time with them, they have not responded to subsequent emails asking a few questions about procedure etc.

Is this typical for them? I have to send them my order in a few days but, before I do so, I want to make sure I get answers to my questions.

Is it better to call them?

yes I would call them.

they had a problem with mind - they had too many deliveries and needed to be able to work mind in - so we changed it to a later time.

I'd call them.

Everything I've ever heard about them indicated that they were very responsive. They may have gotten caught up in one of the current computer viruses, and may either not have received your email, or may have not been able to respond.

I sent Becca e-mails this week and she responded promptly.

I emailed a question about a birthday cake and it took a week or two. I had an additional question as the first one wasn't really answered and they still haven't answered it. Again it has been 1-2 weeks.
