Since I heard so many good things about wegoshop on this board, we decided to try them on our trip to BWV next Friday! However, even though I already set up a delivery time with them, they have not responded to subsequent emails asking a few questions about procedure etc.
Is this typical for them? I have to send them my order in a few days but, before I do so, I want to make sure I get answers to my questions.
Is it better to call them?
