Does Tri Circle D Ranch have extended summer hours?

Hoping to include some fun activities that we've never done to this year's trip. Would like to spend a few hours at Ft. Wilderness. I think ideally, it would fit in our schedule better in the late afternoon, but I'm wondering if it would be better to spend time there earlier in the day. My daughter loves horses and I wouldn't want the stables to be closed or inaccessible when we got there. For those that have been their recently during summer months, what time do you feel is best for a visit?

Your question would be better answered in the Camping at Disney thread. Not sure of any certain time to visit, the horses are always at the stable when we went and visited.
