Does TP Crowd Calendar change after park hours are posted?

We always use Touring Plans Crowd Calendar to choose which parks on which days (with good results), but I'm planning a trip for March and official park hours are not yet posted (don't think that has happened in my previous planning experience). I am wondering if crowd level predictions will change after official park hours are published?

Should I wait? I like to be ready to make ADRs at 180 days...

TP make changes for various reasons at various times before the actual dates of your trip.

I CAN tell you that Disney should release the March 2016 hours within the next 3-5 days at THIS link.
Just keep checking until it changes to 2016.

I have never noticed a significant change in crowd calendar between time of planning and time in parks, using Lines app. Have I just gotten lucky?

All I can say is that there are often posts on this board about the "prediction sites" chaining their figures as dates gets closer.
