Does toon town open with the park?

I remember toon town used to open an hour later back in the day..

Is that still the case?

I believe it does now open with the park, since the refurb & opening of Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.

It opens at rope drop, if you have EE you can wait by the entry into ToonTown but MMRR might not be open right away.

I could be wrong but I think that Mickey only meets in his movie barn at the back of his house.

Mickey can be found out and about on Main Street. In ToonTown, he stays in his house.

We met him on his front porch in June.

We’ve seen Mickey outside his house at the end of the night close to park closing.
