Does this MK EMH plan make sense?

We will be at MK on 12/1, which opens at 8 for EMH. Would like to leave around 12:30/ 1 for a break before hopping to Epcot.

I'm trying to plan around a 10:05 BOG breakfast reservation, the only time I could get.

Do you think this plan would be way too exhausting in the first 2 hours of the day, before our reservation? Kids are 6 & 10. There's no good way to work in Splash and this plan has us crossing the entire park and halfway back first thing. But the kids really want to hit Splash. Splash doesn't open until 9 on EMH days. This is not our only MK day, but Splash works out best on this morning.

8-9:00:
1. Space Mountain
2. Buzz Lightyear
3. Speedway

9-9:45
1. Splash Mountain
2. Haunted Mansion (we could skip this if needed)

10:00 BOG meal (1 hour)

11:15:
Tales with Belle (10:20-11:20 Fast Pass, me & daughter)
Pan's Flight (10:20-11:20 Fast Pass, husband & son)

12:15
Mine Train Fast Pass

Looks okay to me. Since the kids really want Splash, they'll have to be okay with all the walking to get there (that would be my spiel to mine).

Speedway might slow you down a bit, depending on how many people are making that an EMH priority, but I still think you're good.

I only see two FP you might want to Fp another ride this day. maybe space and get two rides on it. Also if your over by splash why not do BtMRR

You're right, and thanks! I meant to include an a.m. FP for splash (which we likely wouldn't need)

I did some thinking and re-adjusted the plan. This day is toward the end of the trip and I know we'll all be tired, so here's the new schedule:

8:00-10:00
Space, Buzz, Astro Orbiter, Speedway, Dumbo & Winnie the Pooh. If there's time to kill before 10:00 breakfast, then Little mermaid
(my ten-year-old boy won't be thrilled about the little rides, but that's ok)

10-11: BOG breakfast

11:15:
Tales with Belle (10:20-11:20 Fast Pass, me & daughter)
Pan's Flight (10:20-11:20 Fast Pass, husband & son)

12:15
Mine Train Fast Pass

1:15 Splash Fast Pass

The 1:15 FP is later than I wanted, but I think it'll be worth it to be able to leisurely walk over to it then leave the park after at our own pace.

We'll do BTMRR if we're not wiped considering we're seeing Illuminations at Epcot that evening....on a day we're up crazy early. BTMRR is my favorite We have 4 MK days and are doing it the other 3.

you could take the railroad from Fantasyland to Frontierland if you want. It's a nice ride.

I think the second plan works well. Getting the best use out of your FP's I think.
