If I buy them online do they send me a voucher and then we take a picture when we go the first time? Thanks!

Yes...Premier Pass is the only AP that is still plastic with a picture. I have an older Preferred that's plastic but the new ones are just like regular park tickets.

I have recently purchased a Premier Pass and have a voucher to collect it when I arrive, but it doens't mention anything about a photo? Do I need to take one?

Once inside the gate, you would need to go to Guest Services and they will take the picture and process the pass.

Thanks so much for your help.

Another question for you (seem like a pro). I know that I will get 1 non-weekend night to HHN for each pass. Do I simply show my pass and collect it at Guest Services? Is the ticket different than a regular HHN ticket? If so do I need to use it right then and will they ask for an accompanying ID when I go to use it? I have three small children who obviously cannot go to HHN but my mom (who won't have a premier pass) might want to use it.

Thanks!

I believe you would show the pass at Guest Services and they will give you the ticket. I think it's the same as a regular ticket just "complimentary" instead of having a price on it. You will need to tell them which date you want it for but the HHN tickets don't go on sale until later in the year.

When you process your Premier Ap and get your picture take, you will get a sleeve for the pass with coupons to redeem for HHN ticket, bottles of water, etc. You will use that.

Yup. We have our HHN vouchers from renewing our Premier already and are already drooling in anticipation of Oct.

So since I ordered the Preferred AP with electronic pick-up, do I still need to go to guest services? Or do I just print them out at the kiosk without stopping by guest services since I don't need a picture. Thanks.

Just to be on the safe side, you might want to stop by Guest Services to make sure everything is in order.

The annual passes purchased through flex pay (monthly payment system) don't need to be processed at Guest services. They will already have your name on the pass. The other passes usually have to be processed so they have your name on them. So the answer is maybe. Check your pass and if it has your name on it, you won't need to go to Guest services.

I can't find the flex pay option on the site -- do they offer for first-time passes or just renewals?

You can not do the Flex-Pay with the Premier Pass...just the Power and Preferred. I don't know why. :confused3

I just called and they said the same thing but thanks! She said that they really just haven't set it up yet since its relatively new...

The Premier pass isn't that new. It's been around over a year. My guess is that the Premier doesn't have flexpay because of the extras. They get a HHN ticket, water, valet parking etc. If someone started a Flexpay contract with the Premier and then used all their extras and just stopped paying, that is a greater loss. The Premier is a special Annual pass and if you want the extra special benefits, you'll need to pay in full for that one. I can't see them making it available on flexpay.

::yes::

You're probably right.

We're still going to buy them but it would have been nice to not have to pay all at once. We were originally going to stay onsite in July but because we are going in October, January, and April (and maybe more as we'll have a Southwest companion pass) we decided to buy the pass and stay offsite so we'll have FOTL after 4 pm. The numbers just worked better and free HHN and parking is a plus.
