Does the Peoplemover actually have a wait time?

first time I saw it with a wait time was December 2018, but that was on a crowd level 10 day. If it's a usual thing now it's a shame

Pretty much always a wait, and listed in app. Sometimes it’s 10mn, or even 5 first thing in the morning. So not always a long wait, but walking right on is rare.
