b) the only "extra" person besides the allowed 4 per room would be an infant or toddler under 3. You can get cribs for them but they would be much smaller than a roll-away.
But again that's just a guess based on my experience staying at a Value resort!
Pop has rollaways. We saw one outside of the room next to us one day.
In fact, I went to inquire about one at the front desk, as I was having trouble sleeping with dh. He had knee replacement surgery prior to our trip and had to sleep with his leg well elevated which required multiple pillows and the beds are not large.
The front desk told me that they don't really want them in rooms, however they were available if a guest insists. We switched up some sleeping arrangements and skipped the rollaway, but it's nice to know they are indeed there if needed.
