O.K. I am getting sick of this. Every CM you talk to tells you something different. Called to tonight to switch our reservation from POFQ to POP to save some money. Have a pin code for 30% off room,(which I was told when we booked POFQ that it was not available to use there. There were no discounted rooms left at the time.) I have been checking code online and it looked like some rooms at POP opened up with the code. So called to switch. CM quoted me over $200 higher than online quote for POP. I asked her if she was including the insurance and she said no. I told her it was cheaper online and she got very snotty with me and said that I should just book it online then and she would cancel my reservations. Then she told me that when I hit the BOOK NOW button that the price online would go up to include the room taxes afterwards. I have never booked online, so is this true? Sorry to rant but I am about ready to book off site. I have never had so many issues with Disney CM's being rude lately. I was very nice on the phone and did not even ask for a free dining code, which we would rather have.
