those wonderful potato chips at lunch (homemade) - we will
only be in Universal/Islands one day and we are definitely
going to eat here.

that sandwich sounds great!
Love the atmosphere in Mythos - so cool on a hot day.
did you make a reservation?
thanks for your quick reply.

I haven't yet but we always seem to show up there when they open at 11:30. My kids like the appetizer personal pizzas.

They had them in June. Cowboy Bar-B-Q Mmmmm!
We had the Cowboy bar-B-Que in July. We LOVED it. Of course it was followed by warm chocolate gooey banana cake!

Not to really knock the place, but this is only a restaurant in a theme park nowadays.
Twice the price; you spend twice as long as other joints; who cares about a fancy presentation!?
If you have a big sociable crowd.... great place to meet & greet. For munchies, hard to beat Enchanted Oak Tree Rib platter!!

Well, I've been going to Mythos since before it even opened to the public, and I recently went, the food was just as incredible as I remember it. I had one of the pizzas and my aunt had a very unique dish...pork plantain nachos. Sure it sounds very strange, but it was actually quite good and I was craving it for a week after that!

I agree with you. No way do I consider Mythos just a "theme park restaurant". I dine out often and if Mythos were near my home, I would be there a LOT!!

I must disagree with h20jag also. We love Mythos and ate there 2x during our short trip over the July 4 weekend. The food is far above "theme park" food, but the price is not, it is very affordable.
Their low carb menu is amazing.
